Who in their right mind would look at a road like that and think, "I'm going down there."? I'll tell you who in their right mind would do it. Nobody. Nobody at all with more than a couple of dozen active and connected brain cells would think it was a good idea. Still, it is more for us to laugh at.

6:18 the car in after as planning upgrading my older i20 to newer one was hoping to see how well it did but did to to my limit up to bottom doors so turned around when i would but i would read the signs how deep it is and not entered to start with. but they do seem to do quite well smaller Hyundai and kia well better than some Germans

only ford ive not driven through locally, live mile down river and garden stream runs in to this river. never driven through it myself but younger years my dad been through it loads, old civic, 97 and 05 626, zara even hit as speed some times but older cars seemed much better, been a lot years since he been through it. modern cars i never try not worth risk even tho my car ive seen plenty do well. when younger over 20-25 years ago weekends mates came down to watch cars go through and even help to flood road a few times by blocking grid so we can have some entertainment. 37 now and even very young remember watching cars go through this ford so easy last 25-30 years but now i drive i won't drive through it even if car would be good, deepest think was in old late 90's civic think it was over 2ft. last time through deep water Birmingham 5 years ago some crossings water current would just sweep car away, and we trapped every way out city was deep water, my brother Clio water half up door and car very floaty, worst was over two ft but bottom of a dam with million liters 100ft up that put me on edge. we found a way out through control roads and navigating crossings at night not fun i hanging half way out the car looking for obstructions and depth and edge road took many hours hitting lots crossing what no good, did not get back till 10pm and left early afternoon to head back so i know not to go to Birmingham if due lots very heavy rain as with traffic and amount areas can flood it a nightmare to escape

seems like a lot cheaper cars and small Korean cars do well seen lots go through deep water do far better than expensive over priced Germans. i drive i20 ive seen then do pretty well and i know air intake is higher up but been through a few fords but my limit is less half foot even tho prob get away with 1.5ft maybe tad more but that be on very limit but half foot or less and not above bottom of the doors and just let 1st pull me through at 2-3mph and i take all the road so no fool can race through the other direction because i will block them and always ready turn of engine if others cause big wave. not been through the kenilworth one tho that my local the stream through my back garden enters that small river so pretty close, but one on country lne close by but that only few inches, one you visited on lane near motorway next to set blind corners and red building that was only 3 inches and one in wales in mountains few inches but all was still done at 3-5mph. Korean cars like to rust so try stay away from driving through water even if they can do it pretty well , slow steady answer can always make up time on straights

having the odd ford to cross is bit like tradition my dad watched ford when he was young when was young we went down the park to see ford and stayed watched for while that over 30 years ago for me and far longer since my dad was young walking down to see cars go through ford. sadly the governments do all that to get bridge of anything British at all cost , red, blue, green.yellow all anti uk. every year more and more interference less things we allowed to do. why not let us be, locals already got things sorted like rescue prob better organised than the cops. if i could go back 20-30 years and stay same age i would things were just far better then we had freedom sadly that getting taken away from us more and more every year we need to vote out two party system and rid 4 anti uk anti uk people party's.

Why are they driving through water in such small vehicles?? Now you have to drain the diffs and have water in the cabin, as for the milk float that’s toast! You need a diesel truck with raised air intake and raised air suspension to drive through water like that without damage.

Dumbest advice award goes to you congratulations keeping the revs up only promote suction on the airbox and if there's water in it, it will get sucked right up
