Now I'm settling down to bring you the easiest, and most delicious foods that I have come across in my travels. My recipes are easy to recreate and add a sense of pride when you see the smiles from the people you feed with them. I will drop a new video each Wednesday and hope you try each recipe for yourself. @@BillyBCookin The white stuff inside fruits like capsicum and fruit peel. I've also heard in chilis it's spicier than the seeds, so to increase heat, leave more of it in.
Sorry - peppers. I live in one of four countries that say capsicum instead of bell pepper.

I can safely say my mum and grandma (both from England) have never pronounced Worcestershire with a hard C :P They always pronounced it wuss-ter-sher. :)
Hmm, I had Never heard it pronounced like that either, it was an interview I seen on KZread with a guy from that city. Now I'm more confused lol

Shame you lost your sauce recipe but a good cook always adapts when they find out they don't have an ingredient, and the way you layered the flavours - yum! Can't wait for the Lovecraft recipe. I love those nerdy cookbooks, I have so many of them :)

We pronounce it wuss-ta-sher (from my English mum & grandma but I think most people in Aus pronounce it that way, too). I think it's one of those things that as long as people know what you're talking about, it's the correct pronunciation! I *love* the idea of using tomato soup as a thickener - never would have occurred to me.
I always have an idea for a recipe I want to make, or try, then I will research to see other techniques to incorporate. The tomato soup came from a chef @mrmakeithappen.

One steak was medium well. The other was medium...either way, both are over cooked.
True. I should have set the souse vide to about 115 to 120 so the heat from torch and pan wouldn't have cooked it more than it did. But Trust, cooking it souse vide Definitley made each more tender than if I had grilled or pan cooked each to each color. Thank you for the comment!!

A side dish good enough to be a main dish. Need a steak video next to go with the no mash potato.
I have a dry aged steak on layaway at whole foods. I get it out in 2 months.
