  I was able to print using PrintMate on my SG800 using 3rd Party Inks. I pressed the item and it came out fine. No issues so far.

  Only 1 White Ink Channel? This is a major issue and I know this. Been in this business since the first DTG printer was introduced. If it only has 1 white ink channel then its a waste of money. And whats the cost for a Replacement Print Head and Capping Station?

  When I save a design in Silhouette Studio as an svg and then open it in creative space it is saved with dotted lines instead of a solid line. What am I doing wrong?

  Please help me my laptop died so I bought a new one now that I've installed silhouette it won't give me access to my account you can tell me who I am and my license keys and all of that good stuff but it won't give me access to my account or my artwork I use this for my business and I'm losing hundreds of dollars every day because the support system is terrible nobody's responded to any of my emails even the ones with tickit's and the little help chatbot is of absolutely no use I can't make human contact with anyone and I'm sure if I could this problem would be solved in a matter of minutes but instead I'm losing hundreds of dollars a day because of their inept customer support could you please reach out to somebody there and ask them to contact me so that I can get my business back up and running. I've grown addicted to paying my Bill's and this is making that very difficult my email is [email protected] thanks patrick

  hi there! This was helpful! But Im still getting burnt edges around the wood and the cutting and scoring is not clean. I have the riser base installed and I am wondering if this is the reason why I am still getting char around the wood? Do you think I should remove the riser base?

  I have siser ink in my sawgrass 1000 but want to change to the sawgrass UHD ink can I just take out the siser ink and pop in the sawgrass uhd ink??

  Sorry so many questions. I have a color design that also has white text under it. When I select Solid Underbase it does fine with the image itself but it fills in areas of the text that should not have white underbase. So for example an "A" it will fill in the entire "A" including the area that shouldn't be.

  Melissa having an issue getting true red to print on the BY20. I have my white layer set just fine but when printing a true red as in a red solo cup type red it comes out more orange then red. Do you have a video on how to adjust colors such as red in Flexi or VersaWorks? I'm using Flexi which sends to Versaworks I'm sure you are well aware of. So many settings it's overwhelming and you always break things down very simple.

  Should have also added I have a perfect nozzle check and Roland ink's are near full. I thought maybe a clogged nozzle but not the case. I'm thinking it's color profile but I'm using whatever profile was setup in VersaWorks when I downloaded and installed it have not changed anything.
