We had the problem the engine feld out if asking for power. Normal driving was 95 % no problem but as soon as we wanted to like overtaking a car fast, motor fail and out. Restart with in a second so no problem. With this test we noticed 1 injector had a full jar the others normal. To mutch diesel running back to the tank in that injector. Refurbished injector brought the solution and the car goes as it was new. But I do have a question. In the early days befor commonrail we use to do some petrol in the diesel to prevent from freezing in the winter. Now I am been told in common rail you must not do it it would arm the engine. Is this true? And more in the older type of dieselcars I use to do some simpel engine oil in the dieseltank before filling up the tank with diesel. Made 700 to 800 K in km with no ever problem. So what if I would do so in the common rail car?
Thought of asking possible reason when one injector back leak is less compared with others
On my car , all the injectors returned same values , what amazed me is that in 5 minute the return line from the rail leaked 1l of diesel , is that normal or what could be wrong as i believe it shouldn't be returning any diesel through that line ,instead flow the diesel from the injectors back into tank . Any suggestion?
Sir ek problem ye hai ki mere ghar ki electric bill bahut jada aara hai fir mai ne complaint kiya tho electric board wale bolte hai shyd aapki earthing problem hai ya aapke ghar ki wiring problem hai iske wajeh se aapki ghar ki electricity bill aa rahi hai ya aapke ghar ki freeze me problem hai ya aap ghr ki wiring cheak karo ya earthing proper karlo mai ne earthing cheak ki sahi hai bulb se cheak phase aur earthing acche se glow ho rahi hai abh wiring me kya cheak karna hai o batao sir aur proper earthing na hone se electric bill jada aati hai kya 400 unit aati hai har mahine plz help
and even a big BAG from the engine while is running at moderate revs. That is what you can get as well from a back leak injectors, when sendind 3-4 times as much diesel back to the diesel tank... BMW E90 M47 2 LITRES ENGINE with 300k miles on the clock, original injectors since.. 2005. All system treated with 2 stroke oil 250ml/50 litres of diesel from 250k miles. The engine never missed a start. At present day 2 injectors were rebuild.

Oh. I remember when i was conducted practical at my institution school they ask me to explain how do you test insulation resistance test then i explained but i reached there we say select the meter on 500 DC after that invigelator asked me why you put on that 500 dc i failed even today please may someone tell me why?
This is because if the insulator maintains its integrity at 500V then it will be safe for use under normal day to day voltages of around 240-230V

STC main campus is situated at 30 Sugar Mill Way, Mount Edgecombe. All Engineering Training as well as theoretical learnerships training take place at the main campus in Mount Edgecombe. All Agricultural skills development training takes place on farms.

You can even have a really really loud BANG, like a hammer hit on a metal plate, or as you stall a diesel engine when you try to start driving. It happend to me while I was driving at about 30-40 miles/h, about 2000rpm.. It was nasty and scarry bang. I found out that 2 injectors were leaking almost 3 times as much fuel as the other 2... after 300k miles on the clock with these injectors. I dismatle the tip, spray .. brake cleaner, all 6 holes clear of build up.. Try to understand what practicall happen to get that BIG BANG to almost stall.. The car was still running, the engine didn't stop or anything...
