15 seconds seems so long to have your hair on a tool! Does it cause a lot of damage?
I always use a heat protectant spray. You can also adjust the time you'd like it to hold the hair in the barrel.
Emily, on an online party do you sell product you have in stock and then deliver it to them or have it shipped to them?
in an ideal online party, your customer would order online with direct delivery.
