Alright, so it might be purging, or my period, or all the lactose I digested, or a breakout... Guess I need to wait 🧍‍♀️

Honestly...you're gorgeous. This info is my new skin cleansing Bible. You relaxed me so much when you went all zen with the cleansing process haha. Also...I love that you gave some guidance for natural oil sources.

If it was hereditary babies would be born with dark circles around the eyes. 😂 But I was not. Overtime after abuse due to poor eating or something,, dark circles developed.

i started my skincare routine journey a week ago and settled for alpha arbutin and niacinamide as my serums to treat my hyperpigmentation and also hydrate it. however, i noticed after using alpha arbutin, the area above my mouth would kinda feel like it was burning. i decided to stop using it in the night and only use it in my AM routine, while in the night, i only apply niacinamide. for a couple of days now, the irritation hasnt been felt in that area. and it looks like my skin has been doing super well. should i continue with this regimen?

i am also definitely seeing that purging stuff i think. i saw one pimple pop up out of nowhere on my cheek. in like 3 days it was gone. rn i have one above my eyebrow that has been here for around 2-3 days as well, but i think its having a harder time going bc of the irritation my gua sha routine is causing to it. i am of course gentle when it comes to the forehead/eyebrow bone area, but ig i need to be even lighter with the pressure edit: nvm seems like i was confused. the one above my eyebrow is gone 😮 now theres one closer to the center of my forehead

I recently got a full back patch test and found it in allergic to fragrances, nickel, and cobalt. I figured I was allergic to fragrances, but had no Idea that allergy was leading to the itchy red blisters on my fingers. The big reaction I've been dealing with is around my mouth and lips from playing trumpets and flutes with nickel mouthpieces! I've been struggling with this for two years and have finally gotten some real answers and results! Cetaphil gentle cleanser is creamy and the most gentle formula I've ever tried. I highly recommend. Idk why she Said not Cetaphil. It's brilliant! As an occlusive, be careful of Vaseline. It's pretty rare, but it made my allergic reaction way worse and prevented it from healing. I've been using Shea butter and it's been working wonders. My dermatologist also recommended hypochlorous acid spray and I'm obsessed. These products paired with my bioderma gel creme have been saving me and I feel my confidence slowly coming back and my skin is almost back to normal, if not better!!

I got to 2:39 and had to pause this video to go play Juvenile and throw sumn 🍑 right quick!😝 Okay, I’m back. I just wanted to say that, although I do still use some Vitamin C products, I don’t really put a lot of focus on that ingredient anymore & it’s because of you that I started being more intentional about including Niacinamide into my skincare regimen a few years back. And I’m glad I did. Vit. C didn’t seem to cause any issues for my skin, but it also didn’t really seem to help much with hyperpigmentation. A number of products in both my morning & night routines have Niacinamide in it. And I do believe it’s helped my skin. So thank you!! 🫶🏾💛🤎✨✨
