  That will happen when you try to run it while empty unless you put it in self-clean mode. There is nothing wrong with this unit.

  Go to 1:10 in video and watch the washer go from 10 minutes to 1 minute, then turn off. Whirlpool says this is normal. I don't think so.

  I just received a pug life harness, it came with out tags, has dog hair on it, scratches on the buckle, the nylon by the adjustment buckle is worn, and has stains on it. It’s impossible to get ahold of anybody. This company seems so shady, I hope I can get my hard earned money back
