Welcome to my channel where you will find video's about rides and races in a lot of different places all around the world! I make video's with tips and tricks on training, maintenance, riding etc.
I started cycling when I was 5, on a BMX bike. I've been racing BMX for many many years and had great accomplishments. Including podium spots on European and World Championships, of which I'm really proud of. I have transferred to the road bike in 2013 and only started racing road races in 2017.

Shame on the chain manufacturers for selling a product that requires the customer to use hazardous industrial chemicals to clean and use it. Very bad for our health and the environment. Unacceptable!
This seems like a little bit of woo woo "science." If the cranks were changed with only a 2.5mm difference without telling the rider, I'll bet there's not a rider in the world that would know the difference. Same thing with almost every other adjustment being made. And, the rider is spending $100's of dollars (or euros!)! Things are being stated as facts when much of it was based on guesses or hunches.

12:02 Those hanging tricks are completely unnecessary. The wax stops dripping in 15-30 seconds after removal. So just hold it a bit over the pot and then it can be hanged anywhere without a risk to spill the wax. The $15 wax heater from silca (which they sell for $120 :)) looks especially ridiculous with that huge red ‘device’ to hang the chain.

Winspace😂 a loot of people complain about quality of wheels. Most of frames are made it in taiwan, not china...i discuss here about brand frames..if china want taiwan is another fact. Good brands made just in taiwan..not china😂

@@jasperverkuijl from reality... i read a loot o articles on net..china have some good products...but top products are made it in taiwan. A loot of videos show teams or top cyclist visit factories in taiwan of top brands....not china😁. Maybe you think is a fake....😁 . Some minds indentify taiwan with china...its not😁

Btw, look is produced in Tunesia, GCN made a video about that 5 years ago. I’m sure they didn’t move it back to Europe since than. So where do you get your info from?

I got a cheap unknown brand Chinese frame, but I'm thinking in replacing it with an Elves......at least those are like more mainstream in Vietnam and other parts of Asia.......not sure how strong my frame but paid $370 considering the original owner never used it and paid $800 probably. Winspace is a known brand as well......just not getting one because of the name......like Super Team...........seriously, they should re-think those names, it may sound cool to them, but it's just a lame name..........Super Team, Winspace.....ggeesssshhhh!!!!!
🤷🏼♂️ you could get a Winspace and have it repainted with any name you like. Or just a crazy paint job without name. In the docu the CEO explains why the name Winspace..

Been very interested in all this for some time, so a few weeks ago I ordered a China direct frame for myself, actually from BXT. It arrived in good time and I recently built it up. Blown away by the quality. The engineering and alignment are all Bob on, and the ride quality is sublime. Really looking forward to your findings.....

Jesus, people make chain wax prepping way too complicated. Just buy silcas chain prep fluid and soak for 10 minutes and shake a bit. Done. Zero need for lots of aggressive solvents.

@@jasperverkuijldidn’t used to have ads, now it does. There’s plenty of workout videos that don’t have ads during them. I assume there is a setting the video owner can make that keeps ads off during playback?
