I got to say when I find myself in spots where I can't catch any serenity, I put this song on an hour long loop and his voice is so soothing. You can just tell he was a true good spirit and this song is relaxing

I moved to the US with my mom and sister in 2005 and that was the last time I saw my grandpa. He died in 2013 in a freak accident on his way home from work. I became a citizen in 2016 and finally got my passport. I would talk to my grandpa about all the stuff we'd do once we reunited like go backpacking and go to Mexico's most famous beaches. I'm still bitter to this day I never reunited with him. This song helps heal my inner child.

When I first discovered Pogo about a decade ago, I remember when this song came out. And as someone with adhd, I used to listen to all his songs, especially this one on constant repeat when studying for college. Listening to it now really brings me a lot of nostalgia of those days, a younger me in a completely different time but still the same feelings of comfort and hope.
