  I price the same, but do screens, frames and tracks automatically, so my price is 10-30 per window measured in 5 dollar increments depending on size and difficulty. Ive had much better experience with residential customers

  Yep, thats the best way to clean'em. I did some pre-treatment experimenting last week on one that had never been cleaned, house was over 50 years old. I pretreated part of the driveway and not the other side. Could not tell a difference and used small circles on both sides. I did post treat though.

  I rarely comment as well, but this is a very useful tip. I found the perfect length using a pump from an emptied Meyers hand soap bottle, rinsed it thoroughly and changed the oil last evening. As they often say in Scotland-Brilliant.👍

  I live in the city my advice you is to get do at least a hundred and then see how that works out since you don't live in the city I would definitely give that a try
