    Hi Filip, do you still only eat 3 meals a day? I was wondering if this is enough to gain weight/lean muscle mass since your total calories (from a previous diet post you made) would be around 2,400kcal per day. Or, would you attest your muscle gain not entirely to calisthenics and/or diet, but perhaps the muscle memory you body had from your weightlifting days?

    Agreed, but to be fair once you k ow how to do parts like flips and things, it gets easier, calisthenics on the other her hand u gotta keep up with the diet and the training every day to keep that core strength, gymnastics still harder tho

    Please don’t give medical advice. There’s a pretty good chance it could be Carpal tunnel inflammation, which happens because of stress on the wrist (any stress, could be anything from writing with a pen to doing calisthenics) In that case doing any stretches/ exercises would numb the pain because it makes the inflammation worse therefore cutting the sensation from the nerves. you should just rest and see a doctor if it didn’t go by itself after 2 weeks of rest

  • @randyflanders6198
    @randyflanders619812 күн бұрын

    While true in the case of carpal tunnel, for many other wrist injuries (such as mine) this is exactly the kind of thing we need. The more important thing is to know how to read your own body and what it's telling you, but that's not the kind of info you get from a short. He's showing proper stretches and exercises, and that's enough

    Hey, Your idea is great, but for example, when I started learning planche, I went from not being able to tuck planche to straddle planche for around 5 seconds in a month+-, simply by doing everyday planche leans and with resistance band holding planche in various positions. Maybe I went that quickly because of strong fundamentals such as dips/pull ups/ push ups, but the point I'm trying to make here is that, many athlete recommends to train for planche 4-5 times a week in order to maximize the progress, but what do you think about training it everyday and trying to push yourself to the limits ?
