    Great video as usual sir 😊 I got a RE Shotgun and it is an amazing ride but I’m looking to upgrade to an Indian Chief Bobber dark horse! I fell in love with it as I wanted a cruise control for my long rides. I was aiming for the Scout Classic but it had no CC and the dealer told me to check the Chief! Loved it a lot but it’s a completely different beast than my RE Shotgun.

    Which bike would you recommend? Indian Scout Bobber or RE Shotgun? Beginner here :)

  • @FASTLANEMOTO
    @FASTLANEMOTO49 минут бұрын

    Hmmmmmmmn both great bikes in their own ways. I think personally the Shotgun is a better beginners bike as there’s just less power to get away from you. It wont scare you. Also the Shotgun is simply easier to handle corners easier etc. now on style I think they’re both cool in different ways as well Bobber is a meaner looking machine and sounds tougher. But the Shotgun is cool in a sportier more classic of way. For a beginner I say the Shotgun. But that’s completely up to you. If your really dreaming of the Scout I’d say get a smaller used bike first and get comfortable on that and then upgrade but it’s a personal choice:) check back in and let me know what you decided at some point 😎

    The headset fits amazingly into this helmet. Probably one of my favorite as far as lots of room for mounting and ease of running wires etc…I think it’s a solid choice but still will emphasize it is a little on the larger shell size so depending on your frame size might look a little bobble head ish. I just bought my first motorcycle back in April, it’s a 96 1400 Suzuki Intruder. It’s definitely not a beginners bike, they guy I bought it from I think needed cash asap and at the time I didn’t know my a$$ from a hole in the ground when it came to bikes. After riding it for 2 months now I’m finally getting the hang of the clutch and throttle and she’s not stalling out on me anymore ( turns out the issues I was having was not the bike itself self but user error lol) For my next bike I definitely wanna get a Indian some people I know have said I should get a Harley but like you said, you like being different and I feel the same way every person I’ve met who rides own Harley’s. Tell me if this is right … Long rides, Super Meteor is likely the better bike, Looks- how many complements one gets- wise, Shotgun is likely superior Riding the twisties - Shotgun More interstate miles- Super Meteor Wanna ride West Texas freeways, with speed limit of 85 mph? Neither can go over 75 mph safely, for more than the occasional overtaking. Neither is excellent for 2 up riding. In about a year, used Shotguns should be available for 30% off brand new.

    Hi there, I personally own a hunter in a rebel red colour way. It's an absolute great bike..value for money, Great mileage and easy to ride and maintain as well. I'm 6ft tall and sit comfortably on my hunter. Suspension is a bit stiff and doesn't take bumps that well tho. However it's tolerable not all that bad. I don't feel fatigued after a long ride. If ur in the market for getting a bike on the lines of a hunter then I would suggest to test ride the new royal enfield guerilla 450..(it launched today into the market) new sherpa engine, mono shock suspension and more tech on the speedometer with power overall power. Check it out, hope this helps!

    Great questions:) I’m 6.2 , 235lbs. I think it’s a killer bike to build as a scrambler…super noble and a lot of fun…. I do think for bigger people like myself that’s its a good second bike /around town bike…. I think if you really wanted to get on the highway you would want more power. My plans are to build this into a scrambler as well:) am I a little big for this…..probably and a lighter person would probably feel a bit peppier on it but that’s not to say it’s not super fun. I think the price point is a huge factor….. the Hunter is really economically priced which was a factor for me. What you get for the $$$ I think is pretty freaking cool. 😎 I’d say get yourself in the bike for a test ride and see what you think. :)

    I've had a stencil white Shotgun since April. I absolutely love it. More than enough power for everyday use and it handles way better than it probably should. I would have loved a 650 Classic but obviously thats not available "yet". I did look at the 350's and they are beautiful but, they just aren't quick enough to keep up with traffic. Great review fella. 👍

    Thanks Mark!!! Appreciate it dude! Thanks for sharing your personal experience that’s absolutely the best review this bike can get as people are trying to figure out which to choose and what to drop their hard armed money on 🤓
