  [ 5:55 ] - That is koldskål which means "cold bowl". It tastes better when cold. It's a kind of buttermilk soup I guess. The cracker things are called "kammerjunker" which is a nobility or official title. I have no idea why they are called that. People also sometimes put banana slices in the mix 😁

  If you're not opposed to a pharmaceutical cure for psoriasis, then talk to your doctor about Methotrexate. Omg, it did wonders for me! In one week, it was an absolute world of difference--esp after months of light therapy and diet changes that didnt work. Good luck!

  Just ran across your vlog---never seen one of yours before. It was REALLY good! Loved how much you loved everything you ate. Such a great mix of scenery, food, and sharing your impressions! The only thing I kept finding quite odd was that you would only refer to 'my sister' and never call each other by name. It was very weird 🤭but I still loved the vlog!♥♥♥

  In Denmark Shrimp always comes on white bread, cold smoked salmon usually also comes on white bread and cheese can be either rye or white bread classical ryebread is typically with lever pate', fish filet, meatballs, potato, roastbeef , eggs with shrimps or tomato or some kind of cold cuts

  I keep laughing when you eat Danish Smørrebrød with your hands. You always use silverware when eating smørrebrød. Otherwise, you make it very complicated and you risk dropping food all over the table, floor or on your self 😀. Great videos and I also enjoy the Lille Bakery at Reffen.

  @@Foodventure I am going to Copenhagen in about 3 weeks. That will be my 3rd visit this year. I am originally from Denmark but now I live in the US. We lived in Copenhagen for 10 years back in 1985-1995. A lot of things have changed since then and the food scene today is totally amazing. It is world class!

  @@Foodventure You're welcome! I never had Absinthe, but apparently it's not uncommon for it to have 50-70% alcohol. Sometimes even higher. Explains the spiciness.
