my macbook is not detecting the ssd. the funny thing is that i can see it when i use the disk utility. i am able to erase and put it on mac format. but once i take the boot pendrive it doesn't work, i turn it on and it show a box with exclamation mark. its a macbook pro retina 13 inch. mid 2014. i got the same new ssd as yours.

Just bought stage one intake from PRL for my 2019 RDX ASPEC. Any thoughts/what to expect when installed ?

The PRL intake won't make any sound changes. It's just a silicone pipe that's more aerodynamic than the stock accordion one. The green filter that it comes with might make a little more noise, but don't expect anywhere near the amount of sound my intake makes.

So I just checked on my 2020 XLE, and no harness is available. I have an autel scan tool with programmable options, do you think I can get the harness and change the settings for the system to recognize the option to turn the wiring on?

There are a few threads about that and it’s not possible for the most part. I think someone got it done but they had to find an alternative way to ground the wire. It’s a BIG hassle for the latest XLEs.

PRL I take tube will work just fine but that won’t do anything for sound, just makes it more aerodynamic before the turbocharger. Note that an intake for a Honda Accord 2.0T WILL NOT work as the size difference of the housing will make the ECU mad, the car will not run right. The only real option is to do what WhiteOnRed & I did and that is cut the factory intake to fit a generic cone filter on it. I didn’t confirm this, nor know the specifics, but fumer has it the Civic Type R uses the same MAF housing diameter as the RDX so that may work, not guaranteed as I never tried it. Hope this helps.

The newer ones, not possible. Toyota seems to not be wiring the XLE with the ambient light harness anymore on lower trim levels.

If parked at work during a -10F day I turn the heat and fan to off but leave the car "on". Engine then only comes on to keep coolant temperature at 70F which means very little Engine on time and very quick warm up when I do sit in. I lock car with metal key and make sure auto headlights are off. I have 2018 Camry Hybrid.

MBP 2014 is coupled with PCIe 2.0, I believe. That is why the speeds won’t go far beyond 1K+. Very nice video btw.

@@fishkeeper0712 Look at my second video, I take apart the footwell and you can see the harness I tapped into. If your car doesn’t have it, this modification will not work for your car. You will have to use the 12V outlet or something similar for a power source.

Just curious about the proper hook-up for the driver side pocket next to the steering wheel. For any Prime owners out there (2021 Prime Se) No harness at footwell. No harness behind AC controls. Yes, harness at center console/cup holders. BUT, there is no 12v power supplied to the harness. Sad.

My rav4 excel awd hybrid already lights up these dash shelves cup holder the foot Wells ,door window button when light come on they are all blue back lit this is factory standard. Did not think this was trim dependent as it say ambient light is standard spec.

My TRD off road has the cup holder light and footwell lights but nothing in the handles or storage. There's even a hole in the upper plastic in the center storage cubby that feels like a light should have gone there. Even though I have those ambient lights I want to switch them for red because the TRD accent is red inside
