  Great video! Why did you remove the upper front end link? I don’t see anything attached to the knuckle (on the strut) as the bottom link end connects to the sway bar. Curious and maybe others can skip this step like I’m going to try to lol

  @kaimanson3174 , I can't. I purchased this tool about 2 years ago when they were on sale, thinking that the old one that I am still using would had stopped working. I did check the batteries about 6 months ago and they were good, but today I checked them and they were completely dead so I decided to put them to charge but of no luck. It's 4 batteries too

  @@saleemhosein4111 oh i got it. Yeah i got two sets on sale a few years ago, and both were DOA. I was able to jump them and one came back to life the second worked but halfway... most likely a cell inside was already dead.

  ​​@@carlosgeiddcarvallo3720Have you tested the fuses?...first check if all the fuses providing power to the outlets are ok. If not then it could be the actual power outlet. On the passenger side (kick panel) check fuse 9 (front outlet) 3 is (rear outlet) both are 15A.

  Great question, it works as the OEM. On at all times, I keep it at about 10% and it looks great. Battery impact is non-noticeable. When the car goes off the lights go off as well. Once you open the door lights come on.

  Thanks 👍, there were no symptoms per said , just cosmetic in my case. Usually if you carry a full van often, you will feel it in the back, especially those in the rear. I noticed they were looking rough while rotating the tires.

  Maaco for the most part has this market to itself. Most conventional body shops hate doing complete paint shops and if asked will quote 4000.00 or more to discourage people.

  Had my car painted at Maaco 3 and a half years ago. My only complaint was that when I picked it up, the interior was covered in shop dust. They could've had someone vacuum it out.

  Great question, the set I bought were aftermarket...maybe in the future I will get an OEM set. I made sure the eBay listing showed fog lights were included. The RWD version has a blank cover.

  FYi for those watching, the axle/hub nut for our 2008 Mazda 3 S is 1-1/4", not the 13MM seen here. Much bigger nut!!

  @@catpawjack7687 Had to use a 1000 ft/lb impact set at 600 to get the drivers side nut off. 4 ft cheater bar with heat wouldn't budge it. Also, these nuts have the raised lip that is chiseled into the divit on the hub end, so be sure to stick a chisel or screwdriver into the bent piece and straighten it out before trying to turn the nut.

  Great question, I had everything loose but one bolt. The trunk's liner was already off to have easy access to that bolt. Once I got there I took it off and out with the lights. Same thing with the side markers. When I got the car back I put that bolt back and drove it home and put everything together. Sadly I didn't have enough time to remove the headlights.

  Hey, revisiting the install video you posted. Looks like Hansshow pulled there Model 3 SR Premium Audio Upgrade due to the issues with software etc. By chance are you experiencing a thumping sound while call audio is off and you're in park? I hear a phantom sound coming from the sub. Do you have this issue at all?

  I get sometimes if the car is parked for a while (especially after work), a thumping noise coming from the dashboard driver side speakers. It might make the noise like two or three times and it goes away. Most of the time when I get in I play music, so I never hear that noise. Regarding the phantom from the Sub, I don't have that issue. The issue with the Hansshow kit was the navigation voice. I rarely use the navigation and to be honest for me it sounds the same. Sadly they took it out of stock. That kit has a great potential, especially with so many RWD out in the streets.

  The legs aren’t labeled A nor B on the one I received and I honestly cannot tell which is which. Is leg B the one that has Row n Ride on it or is that leg A

  Check the rubbers at the edge of each leg. Each one has a particular cut. The A has a flatter surface, while the B has smaller ridges. @1:13

  Sadly the stock fog lights in the RWD are dummy lights. Once you remove them you will see a black cover where the led bulb should be. You need to get the harness and a set of aftermarket or OEM fog lights. Any questions let me know, happy to help 👍

  @@MrunalChowdaryKosaraju go for it, I'm here to help. The process is really straight forward, these cars are really like a computer. Plug and play most of the time. Let me know if you have any questions in the process. You can practice while at home, remove the cover as shown in the video and see where everything is located and then put it back on. I usually do this when doing something new in the car.

  Wait so I have a 2024 Model y rwd. I am installing aftermarket fog-lights, My fog light has a black cover but has a led on amber. I was planning on splicing that wire into the positive for the fog light. Would this work?

  It should work, they share the same headlight and fog lights as well. Connectors are the same. I didn't know, the MY RWD didn't come with fog lights. Any questions let me know 👍

  @@forestcamper1 you got it. Correct....the OEM harness that goes into the Headlight goes into the adapter (input), the adapter has two wire harnesses on the other side (output)..one continues to the headlight itself, and the second one to the fog light. The OEM harness going into the fog light is left covered somewhere in the bay.

  Sorry to hear that. The lower trim is a nightmare to fully remove. I left it there hanging instead, just enough space to remove the ignition switch.

  Mine is a 2008. The game is to remove as much as possible of the covers to have enough space to remove the ignition switch. I didn't remove the whole cover, it was a bit of a mission and as in your case the lever was on the way.

  Try to remove as much of the lower trim. To have enough space to pull the switch out. I couldn't remove the whole trim as well.
