A vlog following the construction of my Lego MOC Hogwarts. Space is limited and so is the budget. It’s about getting a feel for the castle without it actually getting to look much like it, at least from the outside. Thanks for joining me.
Beyond the castle there is the bookshelf of hidden scenes. Hidden behind and within the covers of nearly 3 meters of wizarding books are scenes from across the books and movies all of which can be combined and recombined, rearranged and repopulated to tell the overall story of the HarryPotter saga.
The castle itself is made up of both fixed and changing modules to tell the stories happening within Hogwarts across the seven years of Harry’s tale. From the ever changing roster of DADA teachers to the room of requirement which, in my castle at least, serves as the stage for all those scenes that make each of the books or movies unique.
Along with build videos there are Change of scene vids showing multiple uses of many of the modules in my displays.

Very cool sick Dudley. And the howler is built great
Graveyard please❤
It's coming up soon!
Love the erasure method as it’s probably cheaper to do that for certain colors that searching for plain ones
Some parts are a bit of a pain to get to, the curve of the upper leg is tricky to get even pressure across. But overall it’s a handy technique.
So useful!
cool
Awesome parts for these characters as always!!
Love the idea of "hiding them in plain sight" with the book backings 👍
It’s kinda become my thing. I have a whole Diagon Alley as well as Malfoy manor and Hogsmeade not to mention the Ministry of magic and a quidditch stadium all hidden within Moments covers or using the book spine backs to hide them away. It gives me a chance to have a little play with my Lego every time I get a display out and stops it all getting stale.
that list is amazing, i love it! As for the ideas for other builds, i might be mistaken but was Luna's room described in the books? I'm really not sure if it was, correct me if i'm wrong. Also hagrids hut or the burrow could be fun to make 😊
Luna's room is described and the main feature of it is a massive painting of the golden and silver trios and the word friends repeated over and over. It's a pretty heartbreaking description but also a nightmare of a thing to build. 😱
@@brickinitLego oh I didn’t remember that, that for sure would be awful to build 🫣
❤
Oh and on your History of Magic MOC I commented and asked about the Arithmancy classroom MOC Teacher: Vector I was just wondering if you remembered and when you will make it. I understand if you can’t
It was where my inspiration ran dry on me. I'm struggling to find a hook that makes it stand out. Now that there is an official Vector Minifig it should make things a little easier for people to recognise. As we never see it on screen and the Hogwarts Legacy version is so boring I've not really found my hook for this one. Gotta hunt down some good maths based stickers for a blackboard or something, maybe that will help. It's still on the list but it may be a while.
Awesome
Amazing! One of my favorite chapters in the books.
Very cool moc! What about the chamber of secrets or something from the first books obstacle dungeons under the great hall?
I've run out of height! My set up now has the astronomy tower brushing against the shelf above it and the basement runs the full length of the shelf. 😕 I have a chamber of secrets MOC as part of my shelf of hidden displays and I intend to add the first book obstacles as covers for the storage shelves below. Thanks for watching👍
Great Idea!
I bought the Hogwarts Castle set, and I'm about to get it at the store now. Box was too big to carry on a bike lol.
😂 have fun building!
@brickinitLego been building for about 3 hours and am still only on bag 4/37
@brickinitLego im also making a community post after 1 hour of building. Shows the progress after 1 hour every time.
I'll have a look 😃
Looks so good! Could you try to make the lovegood house from the outside too?
Hell yeah!
Love the yellow
I didn't expect to see Luna's house display from you! I don't think I've ever seen it in Lego form, the walls and interior are top notch 👌All the little details are amazing! Funny thing is, I found a very loved copy of "The Tales of Beedle the Bard" at a second-hand bookstore just the other day, what a great timing 😆
Am I the only one who hates compartment coaches when traveling by a train? As much as I love the Harry Potter feel I choose open coach whenever i can 😆 As for the door, while not the prettiest, it looks quite realistic from the inside, at least it's pretty similar in my country 😆If you find an alternative for that door, please let us know! Maybe by just a simple YT Short ☺ Anyway, great build as always! Keep up the great work
Cool concept with the "change of scene" types of videos! I can't wait for more <3
That foreced perspective is just mind blowing, amazing technique. The lights as well! Really well done. Each build is more and more clever, l love them!
Thanks a lot! New stuff to show over the next few weeks. Maybe not quite so innovative but it’s been fun making it👍
@@brickinitLego Looking forward to it! Your work is always a treat, no matter what it is. Keep the brilliance coming!
Woah! I didn't expect that, amazing!!
I feel ripped-off. I thought you were gonna voice a whole new funnier scene with Aunt Marge getting her comeuppance
Sadly not, sorry.
Where did you buy these? They look so cool!
Aunt Marge and the house display are my own builds. The Dursleys come in the 4 Privet Drive set. Thanks for watching!
These are always so informative and relaxing to watch
Always enjoy your creations!
Thanks!😊
That Alex Minecraft figure has been such a great way to get decent colored hands pants and sand green arms for cheap for me
Agreed. Alex is much more useful than Steve. His colours are just too garish.
You make him amazing videos! Please keep it up🤩👍
perfect!🤩
Purple Guy!
Now, this really IS the Room of Requirement - becomes anything you need it to become! Amazing work as always!
Woah! Amazing idea with the black board!
One of my favourite builds! Thanks.
Awesome. I need to look for a cheap Penquin fig for that handy torso!!!
♥️Thank you for the stunning, beyond creative, magic ♥️

Thank you very much😊
@@brickinitLego Apologize for the duplicate message 😬
No worries. More comments help the algorithm 😂
♥️‼️Omygosh‼️♥️
Cool video😂😂😂😂🎉
Excellent as always!!
I saw it when it was released a few days ago.
I really love that you show where you got the parts from !!! It helps to know 👍
cool video man
Awesome! I can’t believe how perfectly Professor Sprout’s dress goes with that torso
Awesome thanks fir the break downs!!
If you haven’t yet you should make the arithmancy classroom. Professor Vector is the teacher
That's next on the list, I'm waiting until I have the new Prof Vector and hoping some inspiration strikes as it's not a classroom that suggests much interesting 🤔
Awesome!!!!!!!!!
OMG! Love it! I’ve been trying to find pieces to make Professor Binns! Can you tell me where you got those pieces?
