I truly enjoy making things... It doesn't really matter which material or what technique I use. I am basically into taking those raw materials and converting them into something useful and beautiful.
On this channel, I am trying to share my experience as well as the joy of creating with all of you. Hopefully, you will learn something new and useful, have some fun watching things take shape and get motivated to create something yourself.
As my interests are widespread so are the types of projects I am making. You can find videos dedicated to woodworking, metalworking, 3D printing and much more.
This probably will never be a niche, narrow focused channel. This is an adventure of getting my hands on everything I find interesting.
We are gonna be making things for fun (even though those things are usually quite useful). I believe that this is the best way to do it.
I will be honored if you follow along.
Thank you

Thanks. It is going help me in Physics a-level practicals.
Some really great ideas there Jindra, well done, it's a great job! dx
Hi there - Im an interiors writer for The Spruce - I'd love to feature your DIY loft bed in an article I'm writing. I will of course include credit. Would that be ok? Thanks!
Hi, yes that's absolutely fine... Thank you for considering my design 😊
Thank you :) @@JindraSykora
Excellent choice of window! Finally someone that used a proper campervan window on a VW Transporter with a bug screen and a privacy screen. You did a great job explaining everything in these 2 videos! I would love a video of the full build and maybe a sketch of the full van! Could you please tell me the name of the window and where it could be found? Thank you!
Very informative. Thank you.
I have played about with brims and rafts..... usually successfully..... but USING A GLUE STICK has been a complete revelation! I've been printing for 2-3 years and started using a glue stick last week. All the filaments that gave me adhesion problems have started behaving perfectly! I haven't used a raft on any of the small prints that I was previously having to use rafts for since I started using 'scotch' brand version of Pritt. It seems like admitting defeat, but try some glue instead of rafts..... it'll save ages and make like just nicer!
bravo, I'm gonna make one
When is the next video?
Hey Jindra, I visited your university last year and worked in your office. I came across your video by mistake and couldn't believe it, thanks for the quality content and hope all is well! :D
Hey, the world is a pretty small place. 😊 Thank you for the kind words, I am doing great. Hope you are as well...
Definitely not enough room for her to be on top 😂

jgb .....
wtf you doing Athlestan?
;)) super różowa miska ;)))
Hi Jindra, great post. I picked this up when researching turning my mk6 golf estate into an occasional camper for short trips. I appreciate this is an old post but if you pick this up, could you tell me where the magnet legs came from for the folding legs? I'm doing something similar.
The folding legs are DIY... Just rare earth magnets and hinges 😊
U
Thank you man, I've just got one myself very similar, but I don't have the back opening like you do, sadly. Never done anything like this, I'm not mechanically minded either. This is really helpful and inspirational. I hope you get more views - you deserve it!
Why all that disturbing noise in he background? Annoying.!
Calm down Karen,calm down
@@PhillipMorphou-vm2beSorry, my name is not Karen. And for the noise, I solved that, just left the channel.
Awesome conversation. Cant wait to see the next video! Where did you buy the swivel seat from? Can you provide a link? 😊👍
Open dictionary and find word "safety"... Close the video after you open the stove section... It's... I will be nice... It's no comments..
This was super helpfull, thank you!
Moc pěkná práce Jindro !
Excellent video, thanks for uploading. The plywood shelf to replace the floppy luggage cover is a great idea.
thanks man, i been look at diy loft beds for a little bit now checking out others designs. yours is the first one to use the barrel nut and cross bolt idea and that seems really strong and seeing as im 250lb's i needed something with a little extra strength. thanks for the idea
How much did you spend ? And how long did it take you
Merci :)
Your links say they can't be reached
What car is this exactly?

yeah, it seems that yours is not fixable... sorry
Very informative video. Thank you.
Excellent, great video.
Awesome man. I’m going to make one from a scrap of timascus I have laying around. Thanks!
that sounds awesome!
thanks for your great effort but I have some comments, first if there is option to avaoid the belt in the Y axis for more accuracy and avoid the difficulty in assembly second if some thing ready in the design to avoid Z axis calobration if any other design make Z axis ready when assemblin no need to Calibration , third if there is autolevel sensor for accuracy ehen level bed that were my comments otherwise you did a great job
Thank you... Honestly, I don´t plan on making any upgrades to this design. But you are more than welcome to remix it and solve any problems... :)
Great video, thanks for all the ideas. I subscribed.
L I K E 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 🍀 🍀 🍀 🍀🍀🤩 🤩 🤩🤩🤩
How did you attach the legs on to the back off the chairs ?
There is a metal frame right underneath the fabric on the back side of the seats. So I just cut M6 threads in it...
Great video. You have a spelling typo in your video title. "Skrit". Thanks for posting.
Great video, very helpful and informative, good work
Good job mate!
When will the next episode be out?
Should be out in about two weeks... :)
Beautiful work!
Not sure if you are still monitoring the comments on this video, but I might as well ask because it'snot in the video or the thingiverse post: Is there a reason that you used flange nuts instead of hammer nuts?? Is there a list of how many of each/which model we need to print? Have a few more but I'm curious
Hi, well I used flange nuts because they are easy to get and easy to work with... Sorry, there is no list with the number of parts. What are the other questions? :)
@@JindraSykora that's all. If the parts shown in the picture you put in the video before assembly has everything I should be good. Looks like six of one bracket and 2 of the other. Can't wait to start this build. Just waiting on the extrusions from China 🤞
Great job... 👍👍
i am surprised that pine (soft with widely spaced grain) is strong enough to last weighted repeat hangs.
I have had this one for about a year, using it about 2-3 times a week and it's absolutely fine... :) I think the pine is strong enough, especially since you don't have a long lever.
