  Wish this had focused less on women being important in workplace gender diversity because they "are more empathetic, and possess stronger skills in reading no-verbal cues" - These are LEARNED skills and have nothing to do with gender at all! Also disliked it was said that women are needed in the workplace because they "spend about 40 trillion U.S. dollars" and that being "a lot of buying power to connect with" implied that women could get companies more money by convincing other women to spend money... This has NOTHING to do with the topic of why more women are needed in the workplace. If you need us to buy more, then that's a woman CLIENT you're talking about and not a woman CO-WORKER... Terrible excerpt showing why gender diversity is needed in the workplace...
