  Drishty (sp?)....I never knew the name for this - I chose focal points during each one of my labors and delivery, as I was going through the contractions. I needed to do that period it kept me more centered and balanced through the pains.

  I often have conversations with myself from two different aspects of my perspective. The first is my inner child, and I talk as the child(specifically a 5yr old). I tell myself my fears, worries, the trauma I've faced, the conditioning from others, etc. After listening to what my child me has to say, I speak to myself as the parent part of me and I tell my child self how far we've come, how we've healed, just all the positive things that have happened since becoming the adult. I find it to be a good practice to check in with the child me and the different parts of self and let them "speak" to me and tell me the problems they are having and bringing them peace and positivity. This video reminded me I'm well overdue for a conversation with the different parts of myself. Thank you for the reminder. Much love.

  I think it's good practice. I've definitely spoken to my inner child. Was very interesting to speak to my nervous system That felt like a scared child. All healing. Thanks for sharing it's good to bring awareness to these things 😀
