Got a new sub. I have some bracer from exb can i use them on an infraction v2? Along with some metal parts from GPM on infraction?
Hi. Thanks for the video. Gonna put m2c racing bracer on my Keaton v5:)
It looks like snow 🤣
Thanks bro .. nice video
Stop making noise and talking so we can hear the servos.😂
Maybe you should make your own ASMR Servo videos'. Because I'm definitely not.
Super awesome tutorial, wondering why you did not flat/dull clear coated?
Awesome tutorial, how did you apply the primer and rust paint, and does the activator comes with spray top?
What happen when the gyro finally fails ?
Every tool will eventually fail.. buy a new one ? I haven't had any issues with mine. Been a few years now. If / when mine breaks I'm buying another.
GREAT review!! Thanks for helping me spend my money!! LOL!!
Great install vid!
. Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe
Looks great!
I got the craftsman one but no speed control now I feel dum🤦
If it works for you though, then it's all good!!
Bye bye bearings
It's ok, I'll just fill them full of more dawn dish soap. Smooth like buttah
The time of this comment, this was 2 yrs ago, never had an issue. This was my least favorite RC car I've ever owned in the past 35yrs so to be honest, I didn't give a sheeeeee-at.
That last sentence was a “clean” save. 🤓
TOP !
I got MIP screwdrivers there expensive but great!!!
So after installing the servo for my scx24, the Emax is making this buzzing noise .. I have adjusted the ST/DR and I can still hear the buzz.. like I can hear the gears. This is my first servo install so I’m not sure what to expect. Servo works perfectly fine btw nice and strong . Any ideas ??
Just double checking here & a few ideas. hard to say without having it in person... - Before you did anything , did you zero out your Steering trim on your Controler and hook up the servo with nothing Attatched... Does it make noise just sitting idle? check your linkages and make sure they move freely... Was it buzzing prior to hooking anything up if you did step 1.. If it didn't make noise with nothing hooked up to it, a linkage or something might be binding or pushing against the servo horn. You would need to find that . or , try and reset all controls to zero and find center again something might be off.. If you go through all those steps and it still buzzes it might just be a noisy servo , is it a Digital or Analog version? Also there are A LOT of clones out there of this servo the stickers & box can tell a lot.. if the stickers on the servo don't look like what's in the video it's most likely a clone same with the box.. At the end of the day sometimes there is just a bad servo in the mix. if you still have issues , consider exchanging it , assuming you got from Amazon.
@@RCWithAaronI’m new to the hobby field and I didn’t do that at all . Zero anything out. I realized when I remove the servo horn the mouse stops. Also confirmed when I use my receiver and turn the servo to the right and left ( without servo horn attached to the links ) no noise .. noise happens when hook the servo horn to the small link it when it starts to make the noise. I will try and zero everything out today then reattach it and see if it clears it out. Also I think it’s annolog emax .. the (es08MAII). I will circle back to let you know my results if you don’t mind .. thanks !!!
Use mine all the time either on offroad cars, crawlers and on my nprc cars. Mainly use it with 7mm nut driver on wheel nut to spin tire to clean and prep tires
How can you say its epic when its brand new and not used
Because my friends had them and I've used theirs. This video is 2 yrs old and I still use it to this day all the time & it's also still the absolute best tool I've had for RC in the 35yrs I've been doing it.
Bye tire foam😢
Don't need that where we're going
First I did much wider and nicer tires and 45mm double barrel shocks. I also made the shocks sit super low while still having the spring by streching it over the ends and these two upgrades completely changed how my rig performed
How is this Dewalt screwdriver and batteries holding up after 1 year? Still working good like it was when you 1st purchased it? I've seen others comment about the batteries having issues and the gyroscopic stopped working making the screwdriver useless.
Honestly it's legit been one of the best tools I've had. I still use it to this day. I race , Drift, build computers etc... I use it all the time. I've had zero issues and still have the same 2 batteries it came with. When companies sell hundreds of thousands of products there are going to be some bad duds. It's easy to see a few negative reviews when there are thousands of positives you never hear about because no one cares to write about it.. Only when they're mad when stuff breaks they want to be heard. It's understandable. But they should also be under warranty! Even when you buy on amazon you can buy the extended warranty pretty cheap and you're covered regardless and amazon is just super easy to work with so honestly it's better than factory warranty for a few bucks.
@@RCWithAaron Thanks for the update and detailed response. Order placed.
Do you have to pull up on the quick release Chuck to get the bit locked in or can you just press down on the bit once it’s in the Chuck? I bought this screwdriver last week and my bits won’t click in , I have to pull up on the Chuck to get my bits to click in correctly
You should just be able to push in and lock in place. To remove you have to lift the collar up to remove .
Great how to video! Subscribed
yesir it’s the best upgrade by far but you said the servo gear should be on the driver side for me the steering link was hitting under the horn so i flipd it to the passenger side works likea charm💯
What type of soap did you use?
With the new scx24 receiver it doesn’t have numbers for the steering, any suggestion on how to get my steering zeros out? Currently the servo buzzes and vibrates instead of actually turning
Take my money, another insanely good excuse to waste more money in rcs
good tools are never a waste of money, an investment instead. Now it's even more justified. It really is a great tool. Still my #1 all time favorite!
Thank you for your video, I just upgraded my stock servo to this with the adaptor plate and it runs so much better
Excellent! It really would be great if they would just put a better Servo in them to begin with.
I trimmed my edges on the Servo a lot and it still still seems to barely touch and certain angles i wonder if this will be a problem. What do you think maybe I can sand a little of the frame where it kind of hooks in.
I know it was a year ago but thanks man just pulled the trigger on a scx24 wrangler and about every upgrade anyway useful tutorial cheers from Scotland
It's all good. If it's 1 yr or 10 yrs... If it helps 1 person it's all good! Enjoy your scx24!
@@RCWithAaron thanks Aaron yeah your video was helpful take care freind
Why does my emax servo ma2 brand new after install it buzzes
It's hard to say but , Just to confirm , before you installed your servo did you 0 out your controller steering adjustments then hook up your servo and find the center on the servo and match it to the truck center? if not your steering could be off and binding.... Another thing is there are a LOT of clones out there of the Emax servos some are not as good... Also, it's not out of the question to have a faulty one. It happens.. I'm assuming it's also an analog servo. If it's digital , sometimes the didigtal ones can create noise themselves.
Конфигурация трассы- отстой! Прямые участки никчему! На них шась распрямляется только.
o wow :-)
I am planning to get braces, but I went to the website and I'm not sure about the part number. It gives me the number and a bunch of trucks, but doesn't say if it fits all those trucks or if there are different sets for different trucks. There's no 800 number, it's the UK. So I heard these are good, and you've got the numbers here, maybe this is the best option. I am new to this, I appreciate any advice.
The top 2 links should take you directly to the front and rear parts... But , they are USA links. So, i'm not sure how that works and looks on your end being in the UK. These braces are specifically for the Kraton 6S. You can always look up hot racing chassis braces and insert your car model. They should come up. Note * if / when you get them make sure you thread lock your screws into the aluminum.
@@RCWithAaron yes mine is a Kraton 6S. I see that there are some plastic braces to go with the round top brace, I think that's probably good until I start doing jumps. Then I will try this. Thank you!
1/10 ??
Yes, sure is.
Why does mine make a buzzing or static sound??
There could be a number of reasons, it's hard to say. Also there are a lot of clones of these servos that are no good. But when you installed it did you center everything before installing the servo horn and steering? as well as 0 out the steering controls on your controler.. ?
I got a cheap set off Amazon uses a 1.26 perfectly from that. Set
Ymmv but I have had 4 emax analogue servos die on me the day of installation with very safe endpoints. Rig only weighs 407 grams and has rc4wd roklox so not very much tire either. Stock servo can barely turn the tires on a high grip surface but at least I can drive the truck for more than 5 fucking minutes without it burning out. Yeah they may be cheap but you really get you pay for buying the emax, I've spent more on emax servos than I would have spent if I bought a reefs micro 99 from the start
Nice tool. Got to have it. 😎💪🏻
It Truly has been a great tool!!
Thanks a lot. I just went with the stock mount and didnt get the aluminum one.
All good! Glad it worked out for you.
I^*
Where did u buy this can I get it online and how much did it cost
There are links in the description and you can check out the specs and details etc. It's Traxxas TRX4 - I got mine from local hobby shop.
Awesome track! What is the surface?
Painted concrete ( maybe sealed as well not 100%)
1:26 thanks for pointing that out. i thought it was the wires that go to the bumper. BTW that shitty allen wrench that comes with it is a 1.27 or .05 which is stupid because the screws are all actually a 1.3
I just installed the Emax servo in my C10 and have a stock C10 to compare. Stock servo turns much tighter, you find this as well? Wondering if I set something up wrong as I had to trim almost all to one side to get it to centre.
Do you get equal throw on both left and right turns? If 1 turns sharper than the other you might need to reset your center point. pull off your servo horn set your steering to 0 on remote and put the horn on centered. OR you might need to re adjust your end points ( not sure about the stock transmitter if you can even do this) If your end points are not set to full lock ( just before the servo / steering horns start to bind , you're not getting your full turning ability. Double check that.
@@RCWithAaron It's centered as best as I could, the trim is almost 90% one way or the other to centre it tho just because the next spline over puts it too far the other way, if that makes sense. It's even steering side to side but just not nearly as tight as the stock setup. How do you readjust end points?
This is great! Love to get a few for my son and I. What would you suggest to start out with? Do they RTR kits available? Thanks!
On KZread Check out Scale Science & A Main Hobbies Channel. They both did a series of videos on the MST RTR kits as well as upgrades etc.. Scale science has been ongoing with videos with their RTR kit & A main just has a few in a series.
great video Aaron!!!
Thanks Joe!
So damn cool and inspiring! I'd love to build a track like this! And the sliding is top notch!
I hope you do & share it with the youtubes when you do!
@@RCWithAaron that is the dream!
What is the flooring used
@@RCWithAaron a year on from this comment and we are having our first carpet track day this coming Sunday! Thank you for your inspiration!
