Thanks for your visit!
On this channel I share my creations and I also make sometimes helpful (for some people) video's on software that I use.
I do this mostly when I run into a snag of a software package and I find a solution that usually isn't found easily otherwise.
This way other filmmakers get some help and I have a place to look for myself if I ever forget how to fix it.
If you ever come across something you like or that helped you in any way, I would be more than happy if you could leave a like or even subscribe to my channel. For you it's a click on your mouse, for me it really makes a difference.
A few people know me from
Loners (2018)
Tenants (2022)
and as associate producer of Art Less (2016)

I got so much angry that I'm having a headache now ... Thanks for the fix ... 🤕
Well had helped. Last third of project still failed. It published but when you get to 13 minutes it then says the media player can’t. Play it anymore due to codec error
This video is about that the clip could not be processed, thus doesn't get exported at all. Anyway, a media player stating problems with codec out of the blue sounds very familiar. I just recently made a video on how to prevent 80% of problems. There is no guaranty that it helps but you can have a look at it here kzread.info/dash/bejne/dXycpNqmobG1XdY.html Just recently I had a very similar problem and this is what fixed it for me.
MENNNN THANKS FOR THIS TUTORIAL <3
That was crazy. I can't believe I watched the whole thing. WELL DONE , Anyway.
like stated linux mint xfce should run perfectly fine on there. xfce environments are very light weight. also very similar to windows 7 in terms of style, with a few modern tweaks.
OMG, thank you. You just made my day and saved me so many hours!
Bro you kill it, I prepared the project 3 times but it was showing fusion composition problem. I got this video after 4 hours. Thanks.
In your baseball example the glitch affects the entire width and height of the screen - is it possible to confine the glitch to a particular area of the screen? The controls in inspector position / width / height seem to affect how the glitch looks but not where on the screen it displays.
I don't see a possibility to do it on the edit page. I would have to figure out how to construct something like that in Fusion by masking parts out etc.
Thank You!
Restore timeline back-up option not showing please help
I'm afraid I can't say anything useful on a distance other than to make sure that you run the latest version of DaVinci Resolve. I also don't keep track if certain functions are restricted to the Studio version. If this is not the case you might want to go to the Blackmagic forum for an answer.
You made my life so much better in less than a minute
The black and white combined with the transcendent picture quality brings back this singular story into a master piece. I really enjoy it maybe even more than the original. Congratulations Mario for the this impressive work
@@pixiehuntersloane901 Thank you very much, Pixie! 🩵

Done!
Take your time , I will be waiting for the new version
It's nearly done. Doing the last control (watching and looking for flaws and errors) and the new art work. The premier will be announced very soon. Thank you so much for all your support, Pixie. It means more to me than you will ever be able to imagine.
are you seriously giving us 5 hours free tutorial on Davinci, thanks a lot. God Bless you
Thank you very much for watching. I hope you enjoy!
The first method is clear and neat. Good video, thank you!
Awesome!!! That's very good to know!!!
Its not Lie nux. Thename has a lower vowel sound, so its Lin nux
Thanks
how to make it full screen though, like I don't want those vertical blacks bars on 2 sides!!!
You can always adjust the aspect ratio to your liking in the video tab of the inspector.
Thank you!
thanks
You are right, and I’m sick of hearing female ‘comedians’ talk about their vaginas and periods. Bore off! It ain’t funny.
The jab attacked the funny bone.
Spot on brother.
Femininity, masculinity and politics. If you can't make a joke without them, you aren't funny.
My Wife is listening to you and is now OUTRAGED!!!!! by your comments. She says we are all entitled to our opinions and views, but there are limits! Never! Never suggest that Fozzie the Bear isn't funny! Peace.
thank you very much! I had that problem..
Glad it helped!
Comedy has gone woke and it just isnt funny anymore You have to turn to the established comedians who are to big to be cancelled Anyone who is up and coming now has to be wary of being cancelled before they have even started their career
Women comics are not good. There really isn't too much more to say. They are just not good.
Here in Australia it seems like most of the female comedians on tv are unfunny lesbians. Mind you, one of my favourite Aussie comedians is Geraldine Hickey who is a lesbian.
This is showing good Common Sense. Thanks. I like the straight to the point Davinci Resolve videos. Thanks again.
All your thoughts make sense to me. It has been an interesting walk and talk!
Thx you
First here 😂🎉
I couldn't find the solution for this, I had no idea it was the color space... Thank you
Nice addition to the recent thumbnails there BTW
Glad you like them!
After you take the break revisit masters like ricky gervais or george carlin eg. other timeless acts like that. Never get old and jokes only get better with time like wine
You sound almost exactly like comedian Henning Wehn. Have you heard of him?
Never heard of him.
I love you
MERCI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jup i see a friend not wanting to get out of bed or shower. i know instantly that he needs extra attention and care.
The most lightweight distro available nowadays, out of "good" ones, is Puppy. It pretty much should fly even on a potato. Try doing that.
Cinnamon is "desktop environment", or "DE" for short. It's based off of/forked from GNOME, though it differs from default "vanilla" GNOME quite substantially. Cinnamon project separated from GNOME decades ago, so nowadays it doesn't have nearly anything in common with GNOME, neither visually nor functionally. There are many different kinds of DEs, and, yeah, it's pretty much just the layout design and order of things, size of bars, folder icons, buttons, and etc, how the system looks in overall. For example, everyone knows how a typical Windows 7 layout looks, with it's glass-like semi-transparent strips in opened windows and tabs. That's Windows 7's Aero DE. Meanwhile, Windows 8's DE was reworked drastically, to accommodate for the mobile/touch screen interface craze/fad that was ongoing at the time (which a lot of people hated). And Windows 11's DE is basically copy-pasta/trace off of usual MacOS desktop environment, which Apple been using for decades by now. Some of the DEs are very beloved and have solid fan bases (Cinnamon, XFCE and KDE Plasma are ones of such), while others are heavily despised and outright vehemently hated (default GNOME and GNOME Unity, Ubuntu MATE, for one) by the majority in the global Linux user commune. As for software package managers, or "SPM" for short, programs that handle application installation and running inside of your OS (they determine how the downloaded software is being unpacked and installed, and how it runs in your system, which might differ quite drastically from one package manager to other, including stability and performance), currently the most beloved ones are FlatPak and Pacman (exclusive to Linux Arch distro's ecosystem, gotten via Aur - "Arch User Repository", Arch-exclusive community operated and maintained repository), and most heavily hated is Ubuntu's proprietary "Snap" ecosystem.
Thank you very much for this detailed explanation!
welp you saved my ass.
