  Taylor crabb would be better with Andy Benesh ! Not sander . Sander is under size for men’s height. He should also be a defender .

  Embarrassing and really surprising to see out of Taylor Crabb and not Trevor. I've been at multiple avps where him and his brother have played at and Trevor can have words on the court that are way more aggressive than the words in this situation then push it off soon as the game is over. Taylor hasn't looked good since he partnered up with sander. Jake was always calm and professional on the court while being encouraging and respectful to everyone around him and now that he is with sander he seems to be clearly rubbing off on Taylor but with no wins to show for all the mouth. Unprofessional. This behavior is what contributes to making beach look like a side sport and not like a professional sport.

  I couldn't agree more with you. Even though Sander is a fantastic athlete, I don't like much his attitude, especially whenever he celebrates some points as if he'd won the Super Bowl. And Crabb is following his lead unfortunately. Before he partnered up with Sander, I used to be keen on the team Gibb - Ta. Crabb. They were my favourite! Not anymore. I don't know about Sander, but Crabb's gone from humble to arrogant in just a few months. I miss Jake Gibb.

  @@conNen83 lol i love it, volleyball has been known by many as a girls sport, soft ass girly sports, we need to see more aggressive/ratings from the pro players, these are humans not robots, they have emotions and people will follow whoever suits them at the moment ;) = more ratings, more money, popularity and more fans.

  @@conNen83 There is a part of me that appreciates the fire; a lot of me that appreciates the integrity of Jake Gibb, like you describe. The Taylors are fun to watch, but must rely on their momentum to win as they are at a disadvantage in height and make up for in athleticism and overall skill. Getting chippy is a part of any competitive sport. We'll see if it works out for them. Overall, I think Taylor Crabb should call it out (whatever was passed between them), stare him down, get fiery, say what he wants to say and get pumped, but doesn't need to get in his face and put hands on him.

  I remember seeing Hyden smacking Crabb in the butt when they were switching sides. I think that is what did it. I'm not sure if it was the first or second game.

  Yea I was standing behind the ref and they had a lil banter followed by as slap which I thought was somewhat friendly after crabb blocked hyden before a side switch. Then crabb goes to the other side and tells the ref “he can’t touch or hit (i can’t remember) me I’m serious don’t let him do that again.”

  12:00 ish min mark of first set. Sander said "Get that shit out of here" Hyden said "what" Sander repeated it with more gusto which I think started the chippiness. Next play, Hyden got the kill and said "Where were you on that one?". The banter kept up. Hyden and Crabb had words after set 1. I guess it kept going until this. Not a good look for beach vball. Still can't believe they squandered a huge lead in set 1.

  The court was mic'd too and at least on TV, I couldn't hear any chatter between the two. Taylor C did score the winning point for both sets, so I wonder if there was some chest thumping?

  Update - with sarcasm, John asked Taylor if he had a One Direction concert to go to. I don't think John realized Taylor hadn't found the sarcasm in it, for whatever reason. In that ridiculous humidity and number of matches played, I'm not surprised tempers were flaring...
