  The police came and the people who made this video were interviewed...then 2 years later a vigilant YTer noticed a stick of TNT so the Bomb disposal team came up from Edinburgh. Around 21.00 a huge explosion 💥 was heard in the strath!

  The truly saddest part of this is that a culture and a country would allow its heritage to dissolve and designate like this. I understand that this was private property forever, but you government, like all western governments, spend and waste SOO MUCH MONEY on BS that does NOTHING for your society, yet can't spare a dime for something like this. A healthy society with intentions of preserving its heritage would be allocating funds for taking over historical places like this, renovating them and keeping them in top shape for future generations to experience. And this would cost a pittance compared to how much your tax dollars are wasted on. Shameful. Once all this is lost, and given your fever for importing the 3rd world that shares NO common culture with you, this will no longer be Scotland, but just another 3rd world shithole.

  i went here in i think it was 1991 ..for a school trip..it was an activities week..we done orienteering ....i remember the robin hood cartoon wall clearly ....it wasent the best school trip but was ok...remember the dorms were freezin with uncomfy beds.....cant remember yhe name of our dorm but im sure the lassies stayed in one called reekie lynn or something.....id forgotton about the place till i saw this vid and googled it...and am absolutly horrified with what i learned about what went on there in the 60s and 70s ...totally horrifying....hope those ladies get some sort of justice and closeure......its shocking what went on there and the council destroyed all the records and proof of it happening ......saw a pic of he headmistress fletcher too.dont think she was there when we were ..she just looks like a wrong un .......creepy as fuck!!
