Is this suitable for adults?

Absolutely. I did Gymnastics as a kid and it is a blast 15 years later when I started again. It is really hard to learn at first, so I would recommend taking Gymnastics classes for a bit, or doing a DIY setup. You attach a strong bucket to a strong rope and suspend it somehow. You place a mushroom or similarly sized object beneath the bucket. Starting in the same position as the kid, put your feet in the bucket and slowly go through the motions of the exercise until it feels natural. Get faster at it and start trying without the bucket to see what you get stuck at. Hope this helps if ur still on youtube lol. Caveat: requires extremely strong wrists. Look up Gymnastics wrist warm up exercises and do stuff like Pushups. Rewards are worth it I'd say. Only indoor cardio I have ever found fun

Shouldn’t SB#1 follow the previous 2 double legs circles? It specifies in the JO Book it must follow #2.
