  It's a very good practice to pamper yourself. I do this monthly with a pedicure, haircut, eyebrow arch, and facial.

  MeKenzie You are such An advocate for your second home in Kenya it's nice to see positive things lovely people doing excellent work, I'm glad George finally gave in he looked very nice ,and so did you and I love how the kids were enthusiastic about it, That's what I did With my daughter when she was growing up exposed her to everything And she has lovely memories of traveling , of trips like that getting nails done wonderful things you're showing your children that you can get comparable things in kenya Just like in America, this was a fun video I would have done everything except the massage thanks for bringing us along

  To get rid of any gamey taste or smell from meat or fish, soak with lemon, lime, or white vinegar for a few minutes... it takes away that taste and smell, and it also tenderize the meat...
