Good job Aunt.The clothes are beautiful and fit well. Duck is delicious and have more meat tha chicken. In Tanzania we have a saying "Dont talk while plucking duck feathers because they will increase 😊😊) Its just a saying to be serious while plucking duck feathers because they tend to be many than chicken. Small twist to your recipe you can add that duck soup you get after boiling instead of water add more taste.

To get rid of any gamey taste or smell from meat or fish, soak with lemon, lime, or white vinegar for a few minutes... it takes away that taste and smell, and it also tenderize the meat...

Mekenzie my husband after he did the fetal pig in school could not eat pork,me i have no problem,i have had chinese style duck and when i was growing in up my mom made roasted duck and stuffed it with wild rice , i have also had goose,will give the typical American response"taste like chicken"😂😂,the ginger and pineapple help with gamey taste duck is like fresh turkey if not prepared well can be.very gamey, its lovely to see the kids interact with their aunt

Duck is very sweet sweeter than chicken , especially if the ducks feed on weeds around the farm, but you need to cook it over a jiko before you cook it. 😅
