Question about the lightbar, Can it be set up in a amber, red and white, with a way to run white and red at the same time, and the amber by it self? The white would only be in the front, but the amber and red would be around the entire bar, with a way to run a arrow stick in the back also. Just wondering...
@Recelect7 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can get the bar in a 3 color version, and have it do red/white, and or amber. In fact, we have a fire vehicle coming up that we are doing exactly that. Red/blue/white for responding, and an amber button for when they use the truck to plow their station parking lots. This function is preprogrammed at fedsig so you have to specify what you want it to do and when at order. Other then that it works really well. Be prepared to spend some dough though... a 3 color 51" integrity is around 2k.

Suggestion. If you guys are going to be doing videos such as these to show off your work, get a real camera, a good one that can do 1080 at least and a stabilizer. Using a cell phone just isn't good production quality. You guys do great work on your installs, just need some better production of your videos to really show it all off.

What would you recommend for my 2015 Honda Rubicon atv? I do a lot of night rides on trails through the woods. I am think a set of two RI Dually D2 Driving lights mounted to the front rack. I thought about a 10" E2 Combo lightbar, but the D2's would be cheaper and they would not stand out so bad as far as other people looking at the four wheeler. Nice video. Thanks

(n a case like this wqhere the roads were in this kind of condition, have you guys ever had to put tire chains on any of your fire units and if so, know that you want to get to a call as quickly as possible, no matter what the road conditions may be, but with chains on your vehicles, you can only go a certain speed or you can break them, I did something worse one time, I was doing a deliverly business with my own vehicle, and I had to put chains on nut I guess I totally screwed something up after I thought I put them on the right way, Got back in my car, took of and only after a coupe blocks, they came unhooks and totally wrappede themselves around my car's axles, so I had to pull over, get out my jack, completly jack up the sides of my car, take off both wheels and completly unwrap the chains from the axles, that took me over and hour back then, hope I never have to put chains on again......

Really against the recent popularity of slicktop fire command vehicles and would choose a lightbar any day of the week, but if you want to go the slicktop route - this is the way to go for sure. Excellent install very well done
@Recelect10 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I 100% agree about slick top fire vehicles, and usually we try very hard to talk them out of it, But this is also not for an everyday main response unit. It will really only run on very very hot calls, or be used as a backup if they happen to have 2 other full light bar vehicles go down. Its main purpose is to be a take-home vehicle for a division chief that uses it more to get all over the state for training, conferences, and whatever else opps chiefs do.
