As a Knicks fan I can tell you the Knicks got better. That being said I would have preferred to give what we gave for Mikel to Lauri Markkaden. He's a rim protector, 3 point snipper, and can shoot of the the ball. Plus for a big man he can move and is durable. Problem is I don't think Utah will trade him this season. The already have a huge war chest of pics and cash capp. But hey 76ers swing for the fences.
As a UT alum, I would LOVE to see Dalton Knecht in a Sixers uniform and think he is one of the most "pro-ready" options this draft. Either way, I'll be rolling with RB all season long yet again.

76ers should offer OG the 4 year max ($43.2 year one with 5% raises). Even if a huge overpay, its not costing 76ers any assets (only opportunity cost of that cap space). Knicks either get worse by losing OG or enter 2nd apron cap hell by re-signing OG to a massive contract.
Malik was never seriously on the table for Phly (5 1st 2 2nd) as long as him staying in Brooklyn was not a problem but now in NY Phly is pushed back to maybe 6th team in the east
