    What an episode. It’s so refreshing to hear JP boldly share his faith, especially in this day and age. I’ve been honored to meet him recently and continue my walk of faith with him at Milestone.

    Hi JASON , Jason Khalipa Channel Owner, I hope you're well. I've been following your channel for a long time and appreciate your great content. However, despite your high-quality videos, your channel's growth isn't matching up to your competitors. The main issue is that your channel isn't optimized for the KZread algorithm and SEO. Your content isn't reaching the right audience due to poor SEO practices, as seen in the low SEO scores and lack of optimized keywords. I'm sharing some screenshots to illustrate these points. If you'd like, I can conduct a full audit of your channel and videos. I look forward to your response and if you want we can join in a zoom meeting or others to discuss more.

    Welp it’s true. I’ve set out during this lifetime to find the women that become friends shoulder to shoulder. It’s been a tough journey that has resulted in a few extremely strong friendships. The “face to face” relationships I’ve made with women are always fake and last less than a year. It’s sad but if you put in the time and energy you’ll find your pack 💪🏼

    Make sure to be yourself and don’t conform to another’s idea of how to behave… I make my friends, not shoulder to shoulder neither face to face, but up out of thin air

    Please worship the CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, THE LORD GOD and try not to worry too much about the differences between the different religions and denominations, try to think about the similarities and the things they may have in common more than the differences. Daily prayer is a fundamental part that many people do not practice although it is encouraged "CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, LORD GOD, I beg you to never force me to worship any false god or object and I ask you for forgiveness for my sins and immorality. Thank you for everything. Amen." 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Please pray this now, pray the words as you read them if you cannot look and remember them

    I workout to be healthy and build resilience to injury. BJJ is like the antidote to injury resilience. I would like to get into it, but it's not worth hurting myself.

    That's actually backwards. It's a usual mistake that people think that exposing muscle and tendons to tension in weird positions is bad. In reality, that's what makes them flexible and strong aka mobile in those positions. So if you do it in a way to build up and dont go crazy in those positions, you are actually as injury preventive as you can train. Ofc I talk about training and not competition.

  • @limitisillusion7
    @limitisillusion74 күн бұрын

    @@axlvanaudenhove6564 you get strong genetics by working through a full and controlled range of motion. Bjj is anything but controlled. The injury rate speaks for itself.

    Professional bodybuilding is unhealthy. But most professional sports are, especially strength sports. However, almost all sports, especially at the hobbies and amateur level, are definitely healthy. Transitioning from strength to bodybuilding training has been damn near a Renaissance for me as I get older. I having so much more fun in the gym and letting go of the ego and heavy 1/2/3 RMs and trying to maximize my hypertrophy has made lifting so much fun.

    What do you mean by dumb? Simple but not easy? Pointless, like all art forms? It's an art like making a sculpture out of marble. It's hard but looks cool and you have to follow some rules to get where you want. Or the non objective judging part?

    Glassman was full of BS: things like I) CF saves the world from chronic disease and big food/pharma whilst making millions (why not a not-for-profit organization then?) or ii) we are open to change the methodology and many years later CF L1 still teaches the Glassman's gospel for the poorly educated (I studied training methodology during my PE degree on books written in the 60s-70s and we knew then that high intensity all the time is not good)

    Finally somebody had the guts to say it. CrossFit has brought back into the general population circuit training and some cool training practices normally reserved to athletes. But it is not the best and only methodology
