The irony that the category of tools created to visually (GRAPHICALLY) display data relationships (especially terminology, taxonomy, ontology, etc.) was misbranded "graph databases" rather than "graphic databases" tells us much about the intellectual rigor of the data sciences in this broken kosmos... Thanks for the explainer.

Thank you James. Very educational and to the point covering so much ground. As a kid growing up in UK with ZX81 and then the BBC Micro (where I really developed my programming skills learning BASIC) I had no idea of the Acorn connection to ARM. Brings a little smile to my face with that historical connection. You are spot on regarding RISCV if it succeeds at all , it will take a long time due to the solid developer community around ARM. One risk is translation layer between ARM and RISCV . Nivida's CUDA also gives it the same advantage over ROCm etc...
Exiting!
"empathising with the computer" ... that sounds so weired, and so profound at the same time, it will take me some time to digest this idea...
At 10:15 What Gowers suggest is precisely what is missing in many books and teaching. A definition is what "it does" and "does not" never what it is. Adding and removing constraints from a definition helps getting a proper grasp on it. Similarly ( dixit Polya) adding and removing from hypothesis or conclusion helps solving a problem/question/conjecture.
I was like what is Tom Cruise doing ?
He's iconic. His books were the first Data Science books I read and it helped me become a Data Scientist and later an ML Engineer
Such a noble job you guys are doing!
This was even before GPT 4.
Love Kevin. This is awesome
too much marketing
I'm some kind of fan of Martin Hairer.
They used women because men had jobs that were feeding/housing their families as the sole income earners. But hey, let's turn it into a misguided lecture on sexism - 2 minutes in.

After the pandemics some people started believing it’s the most normal thing to suffocate yourself publicly. 😅
This dude is a super star , why is this only getting 1k views !

Absolutely amazing video!

A great guy, he is enviable.
This guy is saving my life every single working day!
Why she wearing a muzzle ahha
The mask is useless. The data doesn’t lie. A n95 is only thing that’s worth wearing. Other than that, the distance is more than enough. Jeeez
First time I’ve seen someone with a mask for these occasions

Saw Martin in the news when he won the breakthrough prize and wanted to find out more about his research. Thanks for the video! From a non maths person
great
Outstanding!
I love this. My childhood mentor was a marketing prof. He would have been all over this like white on rice.
Annie is hot and seems nice.
I'm looking for teammates. Any one go with?
If you can forecast crypto prices, you'll make a lot more than 125k.
This is probably why G-Research set this competition, we need to submit our notebook which means they will have our models
@@xiangpengzhang3279 You don't need to, you can
plus if you can afford the crypto prices
Nice marketing, good hyping for the competition

I am a university student trying to implement the ML techniques I learned during my semester on this dataset. However, I am a novice, and this has been overwhelming. I would really appreciate if someone can guide me as to how this is done. I am extremely curious and interested to work on this dataset, however, my lack of knowledge and subject expertise is causing me a lot of trouble.

It's very asome and knowledgeable, thku for this
it's awesome but I think 3 months prediction can't be enough to evaluate price prediction model's real capability in long-term
simple solution is to use online learning model here.
Squid Game...Anyone done any predictions?
Do you research Gs?
