Amazing achievement and a fantastic video! I'm doing my first ultramarathon next year but one day I would love to take on a triathlon - except I cant ride a bike to save my life, and my best swimming stroke is doggy paddle. I do love a challenge though, so who knows! Probably not this one though 😅

Great video, I did Celtman in 2015 (white t-shirt) and 2016 (blue t-shirt) and I still remember the "wonderful" headwinds... sometimes reaching a massive 20kph in some of the downhills on the bike. Well done on finishing!!

Loved this video. Just completed Weymouth 70.3, the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but it showed me that I can keep going even when I feel I can barely stand, let alone keep moving. And like you, it’s changed how I see myself. And your story inspires me to go for more - full Ironman one day, but maybe not the Celtman 😂

Just wanted to add to these comments. I did Celtman this year also, met you briefly at the end with my dad (Chris). I've watched everything there is to watch on Celtman and this is the best vlog! No dressing it up, no trying to be macho or XXtreme like some others have done in the past.. let the event speak for itself. Wicked account of the day and all the support and prep that goes into it! Cracking race & vlog mate!

It's a personal journey, I totally get that. My own journeys and challenges, mostly always solo and way less than this, lol (e.g., solo marathons, 50k hills, solo 70.3 with hills, 30+k tyre-pull run, etc), are similar (sort of) in that it's a mind game way beyond the physical. This was one really inspiring watch, and has got me thinking, what's next for me? Thanks for putting in the time to share with us @TheKristianHill

Great work Kristian, and thanks for the film. This is inspiring for me firstly as I’m a 48-year-old rookie Sprint triathlete aiming to do my second Olympic distance tri next year, but also because I’m a social entrepreneur building my second big impact venture, Woodland Savers, and what you said about “you can’t hide from this”, “don’t be surprised by the result if you do the work”, and about becoming someone new by setting and accomplishing these goals, and not many people can do this work, is exactly the kind of focused encouragement founders like me need in the foothills of a big, complex and important challenge. Bravo and looking forward to a similar well-deserved beer once I get there 🙏🏼🌳🥃
