    Ty sm for doing this!! I've seen so many variations of this move, and I never knew what to describe it as, but I've been searching like crazy for an iso btb pass tut, and you just made it cooler lol. I just aced my iso pops, but struggle with btb movement

    Hi! I’m using a 28” 5/8ths polypro. This is a good size for learning any off body moves, but if you want something for both on and off you should look into getting a bigger size. I have a helpful guide that you can download here stan.store/hoopwithcait/p/get-my-hoop-guide-now

    Hi if the hook is to sticky what tips do you give to make it smoother I don’t like the grip!?

    hi! use a low grit sandpaper and graze the inside of the hoop. This will create a natural grip!
