What size hoop are you using in this video? Thank you for making these, you're a great teacher!

Hey! I bought a hoop that is 75 cms and is very light but I just can’t work with it. I am 173 cms tall and I weigh 60 kg, would a hoop of 90 cms work for me?

I'm so glad I found these. I'd be so sad if you stopped making videos 😅

Hi if the hook is to sticky what tips do you give to make it smoother I don’t like the grip!?

hi! use a low grit sandpaper and graze the inside of the hoop. This will create a natural grip!
