  Agree...but they must be upfront about it. Hindi yung hoholdapin ka na lang ng exorbitant charges na hindi commensurate dun sa nasira mo. Kaya mas ok experience namin sa Mithi...pag check in pa lang sinabi na agad kung ano yung mga charges etc. What's even surprising is that Mithi's charges for lost key is way much cheaper compared dito sa Hayaay even though mas luxurious pa ang Mithi.

  Not strict on the carry on as long as it doesn't look bulky and heavy, otherwise it will be intercepted. Seat is of the slim type, so don't expect a sofa level of comfort. It is also pre-reclined so you can't recline it further.
