  @@voty7345 It depends on several factors. For lakefront or lake view, you can see the majority of ranges fall between $250K-$650K. With the upper ranges going higher with more options such as a boat slip or private boat dock!

  It is very nice, and it is about an hour to an hour half from the metroplex. They are expanding Hwy 121 which could improve travel over the coming years!
