Bois d'Arc Lake Update 1/22/2024 - Rainy Days Ahead
Exciting news! The Bois d'Arc Lake capacity is currently at 69.2% or 526.38 MSL (FT), and the opening level of 532 MSL (FT) is almost within reach. Today's storm and potential for more rain means even more runoff, bringing us closer to full capacity. With all these updates, we can't help but wonder: what's the first thing you'll do once the lake opens?

I am predicting that it opens up next fall. I say Oct 2024.
Very nice lake, but hard to get to.

It is very nice, and it is about an hour to an hour half from the metroplex. They are expanding Hwy 121 which could improve travel over the coming years!

You get in a car…and it gets you there. Pretty easy
