    Does it work? Yes it does but problem is metal on metal contact from the catch can tapping the cylinder head leads to the computer detecting false knock which then lowers timing reducing HP. I have this exact one and noticed the lack of power. So I bought some Gorilla short square felt pads. Cleaned the can then put the pads on then wrapped it all with black electrical tape. No more losing power from false knock Everyone knows how sensitive the coyote knock sensors are Soon as I did this I felt the difference immediately getting my hp back If you don't believe me look at some of the forums talking about this

    Digs are for skilled drivers. Rolls are for fast cars. I managed to win digs with my 200hp car against 500hp cars every time. When it comes to rolls I lose every time.😂

    So you planned on making an advice video on tires proformance and ext!!Then I hear you say you always want your better set of tires on the front!! On a rear wheel drive Muscle Car People!! Ok The reason you rotate them is because when you drive a rear wheel car the tread on tires burn up faster than the front do so rotating them at the right time will extend the life of your wheels?! And this guy doesn't know that!?? I like the guy I am not trying to hate on him! O shit if any stupid brain washed psychopath trys to say something I will educate you and take you to school!!

    A Swedish authority writes. There is a risk that the ethanol can cause corrosion in the materials in tanks, pipelines and pumps intended for petrol, which means that they can rust. The material in tanks and all other parts of the system to be used for E85 must therefore be adapted to and approved for E85.

  • @Andersljungberg
    @Andersljungberg2 ай бұрын

    You don't have to have that much Ethanol to get 100 octane. And it is probably also better for the engine components And then the car burns less fuel too Then you can buy an additive that is specifically made for ethanol fuels. Which, for example, should reduce corrosion and lubricate

  • @Andersljungberg
    @Andersljungberg2 ай бұрын

    There are in Cars that are specifically made to run on E85 and regular gasoline they can be called Flexifuel. They may have other types of components that should tolerate ethanol better. But who apparently still had problems with ethanol. these cars were usually cars with less horsepower, i.e. Under 200 horsepower. The exception could be, for example, Volvo. and which was therefore criticized by some motorjournalist who believed that an environmental car should not be powerful. In Sweden, it is actually apparently forbidden to refuel with E85 a car that is not made to run on E85. It is about safety. the authority says it can be dangerous. But you can convert a car to run on E85. It's about electricity too, isn't it?

    Doesn’t leaving 91 in your gas tank when switching to e85 damage your car? And does it need to be a specific alcohol level at the gas station or does it not matter?

    Sounds like a very conservative Dyno... But gains on e85 seemed on the nose which is odd if it's a stingey Dyno.. my 2016 6r car made 420whp with 2018+ GT ported intake manifold, 2018 GT airbox and intake tube, and a borla touring catback on a Dyno that read pretty standard with others.

    I am so surprised that they are not low 12's stock from the factory.. I have a 2017 Performance pack Manual 373's No tune just the Sr Xpipe and it feel's like a low 12 second car to me.. I got a manual for the fun of it. I try to leave the racing for the DCT's and auto's these days because you just can't beat the new Tech in the auto's. When i was a kid you had to get a manual if you wanted to be fast. Now it's the opposite, crazy how times change. The way they stay in the power band makes it almost unfair.. But to each his own.. I love the 3rd pedal and stick shift myself.. I was going to get a Draggy but honestly I'm not there yet. that would be a waste of money for a stock car.. Anyway I'm just having fun for now but I plan to get a 50 state Legal Whipple stage 1.5ish tune after I have saved for it.. I am not flashing my ECU for 20 or 50 HP even.. When it does get done it will be by Pro's with a warranty.. I want more power but a safe 93 pump Tune while being able to take her through inspection every 2 years too.. Anyway good vid though..

    Kooks is king. I have 1-7/8 and I love them. You don’t need ceramic coated regardless they all get hot. If you’re going to invest into car parts you should buy the best. Corsa is good as well as a second choice. Personally cheap long tubes are worthless and tells people a lot about your character.

    The Gen 2's handle boost a lot better from what most Mechanic's will tell you, Because of the 11.5 to 1 vs's the Gen 3 12 to 1 which you wouldn't think would matter that much boosted but it does.. The 2017's can handle 15lb's to 20Lb's on screws.. Where the 2018's tend to blow up over 15lb's of boost on an SC's just from what I have seen and heard from Tuner's. But I have seen others do well so take your chances.. The 2018's do rev higher, but once I get a wibble stage 2 put on none of that will matter and neither will that 10 speed. LOL. Please make sure he understands about Manual driver Ed at least.. Because I find these days, Most people have never really shifted a car in their lives... You wouldn't believe the how many PPL will get right on your but in a Manual on a hill at a light!!!!!!
