I still ride on wet mode 😂🤣😂😂
tell me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure you can't get on a track without a snell rating. that says a lot to me.
I’ve never tracked, I’m sure they all have their individual requirements 😎
The videos are good, but please get more creative with the thumbnails. 😂
Design one for me 🤣 Thumbnails are a strange creature. I don’t think mine are bad, but I’m open to suggestions.
@@Paramoto959 They’re not bad, they’re just all the same essentially. I was scrolling through and I realized when doing that that I rely on them more than I realized. First, they get my attention and get me to click. Second, I use it as a reference when scrolling though. They say don’t judge a book by it’s cover, and that’s fair but that’s ultimately what sells the book most times I feel like. Anyways, best of luck on your growth. I see you’re still a smaller channel. I honestly thought you were a lot bigger, you come off that way. I think you’ll get there. Be safe.
You’re astute, thumbnails become a signature of the channel. So it’s not a great idea to completely change them from video to video because it’s how you get picked by your subscribers out of the crowd. However they are a tad boring. But it’s better then my old ones 😎 Thanks for the encouragement I’m still plugging away trying to grow 👍🤓
@@Paramoto959 Woohoo! Never give up, G. Maybe one day soon I’ll be moving to Raleigh-Durham area. 😃
@@Paramoto959Brother your perfectly fine your thumbnails look as good if not sometimes better than most top creators 🎉
I'm uncertain about getting this "machine" because there's little information available on how to use it as a delivery driver. I would need more opinions from people who use it daily as a work tool, for deliveries and collections, and to understand what type of storage compartment can be attached to it without significantly reducing its efficiency.
The machine itself would probably be amazing as a delivery vehicle, and there’s plenty of storage options 😎
Ah you got the grassyass with your landing. 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 Wat
Valuable information!
Thank you!!
not at all related to this video but I got my MT03 a few weeks ago and love it! plenty of power and i feel like i can really work on the fundamentals of riding. Appreciate the content man keep it up!
MT’s my opinion best series of bikes out there, I hope you have a blast on that 3!
bike screaming TORQUEEEEEEEEEE!
Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
here in 2024 seeing 91 gas for 2.80 is crazy. currently 4.60 right now in ohio.
Gawd… it hurts 😓
Dreaming of this bike 😩
Worth it, 😎
Worst review ever. I love everything on two wheels. What I hate most is how some Harley riders treat other bikes and their owners and then you get this guy, being the same way from a different angle. Love that Yamaha tho
Thank you 🤣🤣
For me at least none of the things you described are really an issue, I can live with them without noticing, they really are not important. What I do think on the other hand this bike really needs is a slipper clutch and traction control. Not everyone needs the brutal power and the snatchy throttle of the bike. It would open it for a wider market and make it safer (you can always disengage TC).
Me neither these are minor complaints 🤗
Looking at a 2024 for my first bike use to jump dirt bikes back in the day. Looking forward to a fun bike for my work commutes and summer daily.
Sounds like you got some fun work commutes coming your way! 😎
I want this bike because at the sound 😅
Huge selling point for me too 😎
to "properly tune" your bike on a exhaust that is used by hundreds of thousands does not make sense for $400, it's a rip off. This goes the same with the car community, it's regulated by the "company's" that make those numbers... and if you don't co op with them as a tuner then you won't get there "unlocked ecu". I wish there was more people who unlock these ecu's and flip the bird to these companies that charge $600 just for a fuckin access port, then on top of that charging you $800-1000 just for a dyno tune.
I got someone that’s gonna dyno tune my bike for about $400. But that’s a friend discount 😎😎
The sound damn
Right!
There is a very fat man in that Porsche😂
I thought that parking lot looked familiar... I park near there for school every day 🤣 I'm on a z650 lmk if you wanna ride anytime
Nice!! Dude will do!
Wise
Thanks!
I've been wondering if I can change the 3.7 gas tank for a 5.0 without having too many problems?
It’s 3.7 gallons but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was an upgrade out there 👍
Thx for the review. I’m looking at the mt07 or the Suzuki gsx s8. Still figuring it out. BTW what brand helmet are you wearing ?
I’ve been wearing an ILM black Carbon 😎
But, I have a question... so this is your daily bike. But, when you want to go somewhere and walk around and stuff, do you change your clothes? Like how do you do it? Or do you walk around in gear all the time? When I had a bike that bothered me. I couldn't really go somewhere and check out the place, because I had my gear on obviously
Hey dude. That’s a constant struggle. Generally.. I end up spending a lot of time in my gear and jeans which isn’t ideal. I will however if I can leave my stuff somewhere safe I’ll bring a change of clothes. Like if I’m skydiving or at my GF’s place I’ll bring some shorts and change there. 😎
I wasn’t ignoring anybody…. Comments don’t always populate on KZread studio as you see them under videos. Anyway I always wear helmet, jacket, gloves and long pants. It’s cumbersome but as a person who’s skipped down the road I’d prefer to keep my skin where it’s at. But like I mentioned above if I can bring a change of clothes I will. 😎👍
@@Paramoto959 Cool, thanks for the reply. By the way if someone commented that you ignored someone. KZread sometimes just immediately removes a comment right after posting it. It could be that it thinks it's a bot or something like that. For example when the user that is commenting only watched the first seconds of the video, not sure
I’m 6’4 230 bro you think i can make an mt07 work for me for my first bike? Was thinking this or an sv650 but i want the mt07 bc id keep it forever . Just worried about my weight with the suspension
I’m 32 for context and just looking to ride. Just got out of a 7 year relationship.. it’s just about the time in my life for me to buy a bike lol
I don’t generally recommend first bikes to people anymore because there’s so many factors that go into it. I started on a 400 and if I would’ve started on anything else I’d probably be dead. But I spoke to someone who started on a Panigale 959 and was totally fine. It’s completely up to the individual. I think you as a mature rider could probably make it work. It doesn’t have tons of power but it has enough to have fun on long term. I’d say your age and maturity level is a big part of staying safe and you got that. I’d recommend you at the least take the MSF course before if you’ve never ridden street bikes. But I think Its not a bad choice for you. I would 100% say steer clear of that SV though 😎
I’m 6’2 260 and I ride a 22 mt07. Works fine for me.
I'm 6'4 and its comfy
Got a 2024 MT-07 as my first bike on the 14 of june, so a couple of days more than a month ago. Already done the break in at 1000km, and now I'm sitting at 2700km, fantastic machine, been having a blast on the rides. Can't sleep properly if i don't take it out for a ride.
Nice! I remember those days cherish them! 😎
How much it cost you your Mt07
@@SebasSlayer 9400EU where i'm at
About 8,300
Nice
The only think i've seen about the MT07 that is kind of bad. Is the fuel capacity it have. As i don't own one i don't really know if it's really somethinh to worry about but idk its annoying having to go get gas everyday
Yeah it’s a bit annoying, but I get around 160 miles before I need to worry about anything 👍
Went to the dealer friday, immediately after my license exam. Was looking at the xsr, ended up pulling the trigger on the mt07 for first bike. Xsr700 was really nice but it felt an inch too high. Mt07 i can flat foot and its surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Told myself i didnt want an MT. Thats exactly what i might go pick this week if all works out.
Both good choices!! Whatever you pick I'm sure you'll really enjoy!
IT is sports bike 😂
Naked sport bike, you’re right. But I guess I mean like a super bike 😎
Next mod recommendation: fork cartridges and rear shock. Do it. Agreed about the fuel capacity. 2nd gen SV650 ran a 4.5 gallon tank and I could routinely get about 175-180 miles before the light turned on.
Gawd… I would love 180 miles lol 🤣
Is the mt07 better riding position than a sports bike? I'm in the market for a new bike
Yes 100%, it’s an upright position.
Didn't know the 2023 one had Telescopic Suspension. Looks great man!
Thanks I really like it 😎
I too have a 2024 MT07, me love it long time. Long Long time
It’s getting funner the more I ride it 😎
I'm on the verge of buying an mt07 and you just said exactly what I was hoping to hear. I'm a little older. Coming from a zx6r, I just want something comfortable and spirited.
Those are two big check boxes. The MT07 fits both for me. 😎
@@Paramoto959 brought home a 15 FZ 07 home 2 days ago, and I absolutely love it.
Got one of these last year. Didn't know what to expect because of all the negativity toward a sportster. Wanted one for a while as a second bike. Once I started riding it I was totally impressed. This well be in my garage for a very long time. One of my favorites ! Torque monster for sure. I had a yamaha fz8 and I didn't like it had so little torque. This roadster checks all the boxes for me.
I dug mine. Coming from super bikes though it kinda left me wanting. I eventually sold it and upgraded to an MT07
the emission restrictions on the 2024 is crazy
It’s stupid 😓
I'm getting one in a month I can't wait!
You’re gonna love it 👍🤣
After watching your vid I got my motorcycle license and last week got myself a '21 MT-07
Hell yeah! Having fun?! It’s such a fun time being a new rider. Be careful but enjoy that thing 😎
what exahust do you have it it? im thinking of getting a MT-07 and it sounds SO GOOD. This video make me even more exited about getting one. I subbed
Carbon Akropovic 😎
Do you have an after market exhaust at this video? Sounds good if it’s stock exhaust.
It’s a carbon Akropovic 😎
Put 1200 miles on mine in the first month of ownership. I absolutely love it
I just picked up a 2018 959 with 2k on the dash for a great price. Was gonna get a 636 2025 but for the deal I got for the 959 it was a no brainer. However I’m 33, 5’6 and 140. I came from an 08 r6 and it was a bit to tall and very uncomfortable after a while of riding but I loved that bike. Sold it 3 yrs ago or so. The 959 feels a bit shorter and a bit more comfortable then the r6 but the position for me gets uncomfortable after a bit. Not sure if the seat is oem since it came with a few mods and the seat does look nice but not sure if it’s oem. Would definitely like it if the bike was a bit lower but I don’t want to use lowering links.
I bet you feel like you’re riding on stilts! But good for you! It’s a great bike. If there’s any red or other stitching on that seat it’s probably aftermarket. The stock seat was smooth. 😎
Sore ass from shy diving. Probably not lol 😫
maybe b/c i grew up on dirtbikes, This bike is the shit. i had a cbr600rr before, this bike made me feel right at home. Now i have a cage for it lol
Love this bike, I’ve also had a couple CBR’s also sick bikes. 😎
Street screen > touring screen
I can’t do a touring screen. Looks too goofy, I’ll just suffer haha.
How long is the break in period?
1600km
It was 600 miles.
dang i didnt know u were supposed to keep it under 5k rpms, the dealer told me to drive the crap out of it when i first get it
Break in is a complete myth
@jbsucka4157 I drove mine like a wild animal lol for first few weeks
Break in is a very contentious topic. Everyone has their own ideas on what’s best. Per makers guidelines or hard. I’ve done both and haven’t had an issue with either.
@@Paramoto959 yea I wasn't crazy on mine. but I def had some fun with it. I'm just now at 500 miles. I don't ride mine much tbh
From where did you get those bar end mirrors?
Just cheapies off Amazon 😎
The helmet looks great, but how safe is it? Of all the things to spend money on a helmet is the MOST important thing to invest in. One week in a hospital can cost hundreds of thousands. $300 is super cheap. I guess it all depends on what is most important to each rider.
All helmets are legally required to be of a minimum standard, which as if this year is ece 2206, people are under the assumption that more expensive helmets offer more protection, when they all offer the same level, if adhering to that standard. What makes helmets more expensive or cheaper, are things such as offering multiple sizes, comfortability, lighter weight materials, ease of use, multifunctionality, add-on support, ventilation. Hope this explanation gives you more information on the matter.
It’s a nice helmet for $300 I recommend it. 😎
ECE is European standard. DOT is US and Snell is a third party. I wouldn’t say all helmets are the same if they adhere to the same standard. A Ferrari and Ford both meet the same standards.
Is this the titanium one or no..... Sound's great 👍🏼
Carbon 😎
Is the riding position and height of the clip ons the same on both the V2 & V4?
Felt similar 😎
Its amazing especially with an akro exhaust 😋
Akra* and if you wanna pronounce it right it’s “uh crop of itch” in American English sounds 🫡 good day sir
Akro is amazing, I completely agree 😎
