  Thank you for sharing...such a lovely video. It seems to be a lifestyle that is ready to return. Took a drive out today with my husband to an area I'd never seen. Acres and acres of beautiful farmland, barns and farmhouses..some covered in untouched snow. It did my soul a favor....we all want to go back to this authenticity.

  Oh my. I love the aesthetic. I know that the majority of teens these days are more into modern and practical things but Im 17 and watching this makes me feel cozy comfortable. Plus, I think having traditional tools help having a more sense of control. This shows that even when the world changes (fashion,tecnology,etc...), you can choose to stick to things you like.

  Anyone else having anxiety over those beautiful sleeves? I'm just imagining them going into the mixture/getting caught on something, or even maybe catching on fire.... When cooking, one should really have either gathered at the wrist sleeves, or short(er) sleeves. Imo, anyway.

  I'm sorry you feel that way! So every videographer who doesn't vlog is creating a fake thing? Somewhere all videos are sorted. I think everyone who makes a mood video pays attention to how they set up the camera and focuses on creating something beautiful that is watchable and enjoyable. But that doesn't mean the video is fake. Everything you saw in the video is true I just paid attention to detail because I wanted to create something that would help you slow down and show the beauty of simple things. Yes I baked those gingerbread cookies, I spent Christmas Eve in this dress and the decorating is real. This is not a vlog. I'm sorry if you feel it doesn't reflect reality but it is my reality and I strive to live a slow simple life and share that life with others. I will never share lies.

  What a lovely video. Home making can be so beautiful when we just put extra effort into things we do. A simple thing like baking a tray of biscuits or scones for family and visitors can make a world of difference. Decorating the room even with plants or flowers a few candles makes a home so cosy.
