  I grew up listening to this music, but it's so cool that new media (Fallout) is bringing this music to more and more people. Good old Bakersfield sound is what more people need these days.

  To all the fallout fans, make sure to check out tiger by the tail as well. Back when I was knee high to a grasshopper and had peach fuzz, this was the first song that played when I involuntarily had to dance with a girl for the first time at Buck owens crystal palace in Bakersfield.

  ⁠@@Feascooh yes, there’s a difference. I’ve recorded Norton Buffalo in the studio as well as live at the Lane Co Fair. I can deal with either either. But when someone takes a live video with a live audio track and substitutes with a studio recording? It quickly forges a putrid, insipid, dishonest video. I’ve also recorded Tammy Wynette, Joan Jett, Johnny and the Distractions, and two of Robert Cray’s live shows in his early days.

  Had no idea the Beatles covered this very song and it was written by Johnny Russell. So, a Beatles cover was written by a country songwriter.
