Dan, when you work out in a day is this the only work out you do or do you do another 45 minute work out in the afternoon etc?

Holy hell, I'm dead. But I feel great! Couldn't do all exercises with ~20lbs and ran out of steam at around 35 mins. My goal will be to keep up with your pace and I'll reduce my weights a bit for the time being.
