    I got to say I love that Tiff has been doing these videos lately. I had a bike accident and broke my collarbone and have been needing to modify a lot and doing only what I am able to.

    Holy hell, I'm dead. But I feel great! Couldn't do all exercises with ~20lbs and ran out of steam at around 35 mins. My goal will be to keep up with your pace and I'll reduce my weights a bit for the time being.
