Agree with other commenters, great video, thanks! Just typing this here for the boost in the algorithm.
Thank you so much!
atten st 862d or this?
If you can afford it, I’d HIGHLY recommend the Atten or Quick 861 DW
@@HarryKwastakeni got it and i was not disappointed. one of the nest purchases of my life
@@ezwtwrziehag1736 Yes! Having a good hot air station changes the game completely
The most underrated KZreadr I’ve ever seen.
The most underrated KZread @ I’ve ever seen
And how are the inner parts of the station the electronics and how accurate is the temperature? 🤔
You just helped me make my purchase decision. Thank you!
Yo I need a good micro soldering station or a good pen as I’m just learning to solder now. Any recommendations? Budget is like $50 CAD (35 USD)
Your content is worth 1kk subs fr.
Thank you so much!
Don’t buy this even as a beginner, spend a little extra and buy one with fan unit in the station, best to buy RF4 H2 hot air station but buy it from china if you want it £60 or around 75usd. The station in the video won’t do higher demanding stuff like consoles and laptops, I’m not saying it won’t do anything on them but alot of things it won’t handle, there’s even a review on KZread about it and he shows how bad it is compared to a atten one
Cheapest I found is 100€ With import tax and delivery it's gonna be more I used a handle controlled one for years it was good enough Only recently switched to a Station Still with out piston but it's GOOD ENOUGH The rf4 isn't even good enough to demand twice the price
@@smug_cat1 they are actually good enough as these can’t do lots of tasks in electronics and most people have to upgrade unless you do little bits now and again
Ipad flip edition
Hey bro, By your videos I can tell you will make a lot of Apple related videos and I wanted to ask you, can you make Samsung related videos as well?
Of course, there’s an interesting history with Samsung and Verizon - maybe I’ll cover that. What do you want to see?
Thanks bro! I would LOVE to see videos about the Samsung S series, A series and notes and the fails, it’s alright if you only do the ones of your choice, I’m a samsung enthusiast and I search about samsung phones all day! Fun fact: The first samsung S had only 512MB of ram. Very very bad compared to phones in our time period now.
ur underrated as heck this was a vey well detailed explanation and you deserve a sub for it
Thank you so much!
@@HarryKwastaken Yw!
Amtech flux sucks, because it's nearly impossible to buy being sure you got no fake. Also the pricing is ridiculous, yes. Sadly I cannot buy UG-78 10CC, because I live in a f*cking 3rd world country named 'Germany' where you nearly can't buy anything from China anymore, because of incompetent and corrupt politics.
What a situation! I agree, Amtech’s price isn’t the most reasonable. I hope the situation gets better in Germany, we people in America sometimes take these things for granted…
@@HarryKwastaken Thank you!
Yo im ur 600th sub
🙏 Thank you so much! It’s party time
For Mac it requires to be subscribed to a Patreon. Could you perhaps send me the application file?
Sure, getting Phoneboard on mac is a little annoying, but can be done: Here's the link: www.mediafire.com/file/67fw5v1qinjwiin/phoneboard-v1.9.dmg/file - and when you go to open the app, you'll be told the developer can't be verified. Here you've gotta bypass the system by going to system settings, then privacy and security, and click open anyway on PhoneBoard. This video should help: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qaR-0Mugfa6snbQ.html - this is the method which worked for me, lmk if you have any questions
@@HarryKwastaken ok, ill try this when i get home! Also I already know how to bypass the security thing, but thanks anyway. You're an amazing KZreadr, but I think your channel will grow faster if you upload more frequently, other than that, Ive subscribed to you! (PS what does Imk mean?)
@@user-ws9ht1jz9w thank you so much, I’m super excited for the new content - which will probably be released as 3 videos all at once. And lmk means “let me know”

I am watching on this iPad 😂 So laggy 😭
Haha, the screen is pretty nice tho
Its an iFold
Their slogan was “Get Bent”
why did you delete your Hakko 951 review? i wanted to watch it really
I honestly thought it was kinda boring - but here you go: kzread.info/dash/bejne/p4hnwbx8Z9CTpc4.htmlsi=PJzvtfV3L1jUgLWM
@@HarryKwastaken do you like it? Like did it pay itself off? I also have one of those and i was wondering if i wasted my money since KSGER T12 does the same thing
@@KuraV12 yes! The hakko station has been amazing so far, I’ve done literally everything with that iron and the bevel tip - but I’d get some more opinions on getting another brand station. I got hakko cause it’s what all my teachers used….
@@HarryKwastaken Ohh got it, i live in Poland where it's hard to get Hakko since eastern Europe... and when i found an FX-951 used i picked it up immediatly. It was always my dream station, but Hakko has a poor reputation here. I got it since all the US pros use it. But our Poles use JBC's which... we all know that a kid like me isn't going to pay 500$ (or 2500zł) for one. Later i also picked up the FM-2032 micro pencil when i was in the US. But i still thought i wasted my money and should've gotten KSGER. Btw, do you use the micro pencil? I can definetly recommend it, i mod consoles and solder to small points so it's practical for me. But you do apple repairs so it might be handy for you.
Well yeah you definitely without doubt bent it just a pity it didn't bend back lol
yeah lets build the future toge-! wait.. its been a month...
Yes, very true. The new video will be something never before seen - I believe the wait will be worth it
the intro is so fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 bro really cooked hard. nice vid, ur insane :D
😂 thank you
Only 500 subscribers? Legitly thought this video was from a youtuber that atleast has 500k. Keep the good work up bro!
Thank you! Your words keep me motivated
Well this is awkward, this is my iPad that I've used since like 2018 haha! The most problematic iPad would have been my old iPad 3, that thing was so slow as the iOS updates came through to it! The only issues now with my iPad Pro 9.7 inch is that it lags considerably in Call of Duty Mobile and apps now. It used to run perfectly fine during the CoD Mobile Championship of 2020, 2021, but since then yeah... Noticeable frame drops even in Hogwarts Mystery, and its not a storage issue since I have 256GB on it. I had all the accessories to make it a 'replacement for your computer'. I'll never understand how Apple still try to push this agenda because it's just not a computer and never will be! Maybe if you're a GCSE student, but beyond that, you'll need a computer for serious work.
Yo! Just a tickle in my mind.... But will it be possible to video edit for ya....... not flexing but i do got a good portfolio and edited for Iman back in 2020, that's way back but that flex still works... Haha! 😅
I appreciate the offer! I enjoy editing a lot at the moment, but I’ll keep you in mind for the future. Also, who’s Iman? Tell him hi for me 🤪
You don't know Iman Gadhzi, haha! You're a legend
TCRS is the best of the best. The sponsor is TCRS... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Haha, I wish that was true! I actually wasn’t payed for this video, and bought 2 tubes with my own money - and if I was paid, I’d have to disclose it legally. TCRS have been really cool tho
@@HarryKwastaken Sure. That was a joke. Honestly most of repair workers browse through heaps of cheap aliexperss bs hoping to find good flux. All the branded gear is cool of course and works magic but hella expensive. I myself was always using IPA rosin solution for bga and 559 for other stuff.
bro why so you have so less subs you deserve 1 mil 😢😢😢
Aww thank you! This is just the beginning, I’m working on some long videos too
Some owners also experiencing cracked front-covers allegedly without having dropped the AVP, probably due to different heat-expansion capabilities of the different materials (aluminium expands a lot more than glass).
Very interesting, thanks for sharing!
Awesome video, subscribed :)
Thank you so much!
HOW DO U ONLY HAVE 500 SUBS?????????????????????????
My friend, what do you think about the RF4 RF-H2? compare to that?
Hello my friend, the RF4 seems promising - the design is similar to the Quick and is a great price. I just don’t know how long lasting it’ll be, but it definitely is a fantastic choice
With my year of experience, i dont undrdatand why people is rushing behind expensive solderiig station?. Its better to buy a decent budget one, caliberate using temperature sensing multimeter, get uses to it .
This guy needs more subs!
Thank you very much!
Excellent detailed explaination. Apple makes shit sometimes yet they fool so many customers they don't lose anything.
But every ipad before the pro, even the super thin air, has the board off to the side.
Yeah, your right. And the air also has PMC in the middle of the board, so similar results might've happened. Thanks for bringing this up - I'll be sure to research more next time
fuck apple
I have this iPad Pro 9,7 and it's still running like a brand new one. But it sits on my side table for video streaming and hasnt been bend!
Awesome! The screen and size are super convenient, and I’m sure it’s amazing as a standalone device
i honestly thought you were a well established youtuber then got surprised to see you had less than 500 subs, nice video man

Great video! I'm an Apple user, but some of their design decisions are really shockingly stupid!
That’s exactly where I’m at - I use all Apple, and honestly love it - but it’s interesting to see the genuinely stupid decisions they sometimes make
Dude you're underrated.
Thank you! It means a lot
oh i used to have my ipad pro 9.7" when it was bought in late 2016 too, it was to replace my ipad air 1 for running out of storage and laggy performance. it lasted 4 years with several issues with it, shortly after its warranty expired it came with itunes screen logo even though i didn't touch any buttons and it didn't have any bent points, trying to recover or restore it it still failed, so that i had to send mine to the well-known technician i used to fix there, he told me that NAND chip (SSD) itself died, so a bad luck began. not only did i lose all of datas for NAND chip replacement, using for a while after repairing it got many hardware issue symptoms: death of front camera, "panic full" occurence, screen acting crazy (half of touch screen unresponsive permanently, sometimes not turning on), overheating, etc (not sure if it was my technician's fault or not) but i felt unsafe of continuing using my ipad pro 2016 anymore, though it did last 2 more years until its death. it's fortunate that i got my ipad pro 11" 2020 on christmas day 2020, and i had moved 2nd data on my pro 9.7" before it stopped working completely 😮💨. i have been impressed on my current ipad, that i use it nonstop about 3+ years without any issues like older ipads i had used 🥰. to my defence ipad pro 9.7" wasn't a bad tablet, even to this day it's still the best ipad for those looking for light demands, such as entertainment, some gaming, web browsing, drawing, and more, while going for secondhand + budget saving, and still having 4 speakers, great display (apart from 60hz refresh rate), additional flash light (though very light used) but now you can have better options than this one. additional comment: i used to feel happy when upgrading to pro 9.7" from air 1. performance, screen, camera, bunches of technologies, and many more, were everything. and i got it with 128gb, my air 1 was 32 so i used it as an opportunity since my demand began higher. as with many issues i experienced on my pro 9.7", even to this moment i don't see a point why pro 9.7" should be a recommendation when buying a used tablet. there are still some other pro 9.7" users using for a long period don't have any issues, so it's still fine to see the great condition, despite no longer getting latest ipadOS update support as it is (along with its bigger variant, 12.9", and other older ones)
oh yeah like an iphone 6 plus?
Exactly like iPhone 6 Plus
Im thinking about buying the 959D but there is a 959D-II available now and I have no idea if it's even worth it, have you worked with it yet?
www.amazon.com/WEP-959D-Quick-Change-Additional-Temperature/dp/B0BXN4V75N/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=2WKTVSI13SL3Q&keywords=yihua+959d-ii&qid=1707693290&sprefix=yihua+959%2Caps%2C77&sr=8-4 - This one? There’s a couple models on Ali express too - but I would only go with Amazon’s official Yihua store, and the return policy is great. So I wouldn’t recommend the 959D-II due to it not being on Yihua’s official store
@@HarryKwastaken the one I was looking at was actually a *Yihua* 959D-II, and idk about Amazon but on a Polish equivalent - allegro - Yihua has it on their official allegro store. It looks similar to the one you found, but it's setup is mirrored. I can't post the link since my comment gets deleted by KZread, no matter I'll do. Also, thanks for the quick response! Your vids are really well made and on point, love that!
Apple products are an IQ test. If you buy one you just failed. Twice the price half the power and they break it on purpose so you have to buy another one. Apple is the Rolex of tech: impressive to your shallow friends but it can't tell time.
Haha, I’ve never heard such a comparison - the Apple tax is extremely real
lol @ the front thingy being glass - it actually even worse. Its glass covered in plastic (apple calls it laminated glass but given the order of materials its actually laminated plastic) . So it can be scratched as well as brake. That's double the probability of it getting trashed.
YES! My jaw dropped at the teardown videos - it’s similar to the Galaxy fold phones which are ‘technically’ glass - but scratch way too easily
@@HarryKwastaken didn't steve jobs make the first iphone plastic at the front, saw all the scratches, and decided to use glass, and deciding to use gorilla glass which was a resistant glass with no use at the time, so it didn't break, now iphones fall and not only does the front break, the back does too, no way to repair it under 500 dollars, and now apple made the apple vision pro plastic, on the outside apple is evolving backwards
@@Nicomv-eu3pd Yeah, the back being glass is kinda crazy now - it feels super premium but has a lot of compromises...
