Yo, my man! 2:30 what kind of 90° are you using because I ever had a 90° work that damn good and I guess the next question is is it torque spec or is it just good for like taking off lightweight stuff running in small screws things of that nature because I’m highly interested on where you got that

Very good video. I think you kinda skipped over the float valve explanation though. I sent a customer your video to see how to clean his carb. He has an over flow leak issue probably from crud in float valve. When I started watching your video I was hoping you would touch on that so he could see just what I was explaining to him.

Oh man this is a great video but I can’t figure my harness out. I have a 2016 CRF230F engine that I dropped into my 1985 ATC200X. It’s a perfect fit with minimal modifications. My issue is wiring up my tether kill switch and how to find out which wires are for the push button start. Can anyone help? Thanks

Welp my excitement was short lived. I just got my first bike which is an 03 buell blast from a guy on marketplace. It worked only once and thats when i test drove it. I Let it sit for about a day and a half and the mf wont start. Hopefully it won't be super hard or expensive to get it in tiptop shape because i love the style and feel of this bike.

Your life is a lot like mine. You are stuck with the grunt work while your family enjoys life and wonders why you are so tired!. Great video. What convinced you that the alternator was the problem and not the starter or battery? In my case the car has only 60k miles. Seems like a short life for an alternator.

Bad move, carb is heated for many reasons. Safety, stops carb icing, stuck throttle, stalling etc. Quicker engine warm up so less wear, better fuel economy, lower emissions.Helps avoid manifold fuel wetting. You will need to rejet the carb to optimise performance.

Ok, so I did as shown however on mine, even with the spring back in I can't get the screw to undo. It still turns without coming undone! How do I get the darn screw out now? I see there is a tool bot gosh sakes this should have worked!!:(Any ideas out there please? Heat?? I drained put the oil and have it ready but can't get the bottom screw out...at all. I have had others try too without luck so it's not just me! Lol thanks!!:) also, why do u have to undo the bottom if you just pull the stem to get out the seal? Not clear on that point. ?

Hi, I have not watched this video nor had my hands on a YP400 in years. However, if what you are describing is what I think it is sometimes it requires pressure on the fork leg to get the screw to turn and not the entire leg. Essentially use the force of the spring to hold the tube in place while you back the screw out. Ill be honest with you I generally use an impact gun to achieve this while the forks are on the bench at least.

Good thing you mentioned how the springs are set! I took mine apart and someone had actually put them in upside down...and there is VERY little fluid in then, even the one that was not leaking...someone sure messed up!!! Whoa!! so THANK YOU for doing this video. I could not take mine apart due to how tight they put on the shocks...way over set!! So, now I have mine alllll apart...sheesh. I can check the rad at the same time however, so, that was the good part...!LOL Cheers and thanks again!!
