Chest codes are the most useless things in the game. You can use as many as you like, you cannot save your game while a cheat code is active.

I got so pissed off at having my canoe randomly sinking trying to get to the cat eye island plus no big boat docked anywhere, rode the shores to the north and south of Braithwaite estate as far as the North Border of Rhodes to Shady Bell even slept like a hibernating bear for almost a week straight and still no boat similar to the video spawned, so as someone with a very high honor (not sarcasm) that is pushed in a corner, I went in behind that shack facing the water in the video when the fishermen weren't around and shot the first sob with a big boat, swam to it pushed the fish food overboard before the law could further ruin an already bad start to the game, got it done ran back to my boat before some magical BS wave pushes it to sea like what happened to my canoe in the earlier chapters and I even greeted the 3 Lawmen that gave up searching for ol Arthur.

That’s awesome how much stuff is in this game that all this time later people figure things out and find things. RDR2 is definitely the best third person shooter/ RPG game ever imho

Technically you choose good or bad when you are at Sadie’s homestead and Dutch tells you to do what you want with the Odriscol in the barn. Also when you can kill or let the guys in the train go.

There is one glitch still around, large jewellery bag will respawn when u loot it and leave the area and go back. Im too lazy to check again where specifically. I might check my history if someone notice this.

A couple of thoughts: The easiest answer is that j. Brooks was a postal worker and is the father of the Jimmy brooks we chase off a cliff. The strange man with the cabin could just be a voodoo practicer/ seer who is able to see what happens to jimmy. Also if jimmy is in his thirties, it’s totally possible he carved into that rock as a ten year old. Maybe they were traveling and stopped there to take a break. It could be that there is something satanic, we can’t use the pen for anything, but let’s take a jump and say the pen is the pen used to sign a contract with the devil, then the strange man’s hut becomes the place that ties the omniscience of the strange man, the long life of jimmy, and the pen together. It’s also possible that jimmy was some sort of thrall for the strange man. Maybe the strange man is a vampire, and was keeping jimmy alive to act as his servant. Him falling off a cliff “woke” him up, and that’s why the strange man is acutely aware of the interaction with Arthur, and why Jimmy is so strange.

On one of my playthroughs I tied up the old lady and robbed her. When i went back, she was still tied up, but her body was decayed... Didn't get the 2nd cut scene wuth the sons in that scenario

Everyone knows about the Scolfield in the back room in Valentine, but You can get Callaway's Scofield (The best Revolver in the game) by walking into the sh!tty saloon, walking past Calloway & the writer while they're sitting at the bar talking, going behind the bar & pistol whipping the bartender. He'll run out the back door so make sure you're out of his way, then chase after him for a short time, then return to the saloon. When you go back inside, Calloway & the writer will both be standing up in front of the bar. You pistol-whip Calloway until he falls, & you can loot him & just pick up his Scofield. Then when the time comes you can get the free standard Scolfield that everyone already knows about, & you get them both in Valentine. I HIGHLY recommend watching a tutorial video on getting Calloway's Scolfield, 'cause it's very easy to mess up. I've played through this entire game more times than I can even remember, & I've 100%-ed the whole thing, & I just found out about this a few days ago. I couldn't believe it actually worked. I just did it earlier this week when I started a new playthrough so it 100% works as long as you do it correctly. It's pretty easy, & once you get your secondary holster, you've got the best revolver in the game, & another standard Scolfield ready to go/dualweild. You can do it as soon as the Gunslingers "mission" shows up on your map in Valentine. Definitely do this next time you start a new playthrough. I swear to God it works. -

It seems worthy of 5k hours with all the different encounters camp convos and choice outcomes all the challenges to be completed and just all around goofing off. I've heard there's over half million voice lines recorded and I don't even know that includes the 40hrs+ of cut content or not.

@@Hihi-vh3kh I can still never 100% this game because I survivalist 10 is so freaking tedious where you gotta go and find like what 150 plants (or is that herbalist 10 I may be confusing them) also I keep rage quitting the gambling 8 challenge because I can't beat dominoes 3 in a row...I'll get my hopes up every time winning two in a row but almost feel like the game purposely sabotages me on the 3rd

I always new about this. After the B&E Mission, I just loot the chest outside of the House. I just can't loot them after that. If you don't kill anyone they'll keep going in the epologue. 🐎...💨..💨 Call me an old softy.
