  l’m sure there’s already tutorials on utube! 😂 it’s not that hard 1) scale the fish 2) remove the gills 3) pull out guts/organs 4) rinse blood & guts out Yeh it’s a process but worth it!

  Great tips, except it's 1 inch above the rice not 2-3. Take a look at the tip of your finger... its not 2-3 inches long.

  Yup! Of course I think it’s ideal to have more water than less. I rather eat rice that’s slightly more moist than dry cooked rice
