  That is NOT what the USSC did, they said they will not consider it UNTIL it finishes it's current lawsuit. And they will address it if(when) the lower court FAILS to follow their Bruen decision.

  Trouble is ALL the affected inferior appeals courts are foot dragging on the 2A cases, probably hoping for a change in the SCOTUS balance. In the meantime our rights are violated, people are or will be jailed and fined. It's just plain wrong, IF SCOTUS was doing what you say then the GVR should have included some message for the affected Appeals Courts to stop dicking around and move the cases forward.

  I grew up in Springfield & remember eating my first horseshoe at The Leland Hotel & later at Fritz’s Wagon Wheel on Wabash! Now I make them here at home in Maine, & everyone that tries them goes nuts over them! Can’t tell you how many times I’ve handed out the recipe my mom got from Fritz’s chef!

  Good decision by Supreme Court. If you cannot get sheltered in night it not only leads to unsafe and unhygienic encampment but difficult for law and order to operate. They should be caught and released in remote small towns to start a new life or sink further as per their choice.

  Homeless is a tough one. They need to be close to a meal, close to a place to stand on a corner. They want their drugs and alcohol, not many ways to escape their situation. Set up camps for them. Sheds with light heat, Severely limit the list of rules. Restrooms, showers, laundry, food delivery, cooling center, trash disposal. Cities will complain about the money, and no, it’s not gonna be cheap. I guess it would be cheaper than throwing them in jail, but jail has all those services.

  There will always be homeless people. There are real mental health issues that cause distrust of many of the resources that could help improve people’s housing situation. There is no perfect plan to solve the homelessness crisis. I think offering designated spaces for homeless populations that aren’t subject to the rules of homeless shelters can be a middle ground, but it would likely come with an increase in crime, drug use, and poverty to the surrounding areas.

  With someone gets cremated they get pumped with all types of chemicals before hand like embalming fluid and shit. They should have asked him first before hand. Then have a srgt make the call. If the srgnt was a decent human being he would have the forensics team to carefully inspect the remains with out just dumping it in some drug kit.
