What a moron this guy is, anyone with half a brain can see the bird is struggling and about to die. He fools around and takes his time to save the animal as if it is a damn joke. When eagles get soaked totally to the core for a long time they can die from hypothermia.

This captain makes the poor bird beg to get on board. He was right near the eagle and wanted the exhausted bird to climb onboard when he didn't have the strength or the body parts to climb aboard.

You're a Liar!! because that's not a blade eagle, only blade eagles hunt fishes in the sea, plus that eagle looks like it was trained because no eagle trust anyone and come to them such like that unless they are with that person for a long time and have gotten training, I have seen many people doing shits like this, they take an eagle throw it on the chicken's babies and in return the mother chicken would fight for her children , you did the same thing here I know , you put that poor fella in the water by yourself just to make your views, shame on you!!!

Not that easy. You don't want to hurt him or damage his wings, and they can do serious damage with their claws. That's why you need an expert that knows how to handle them, although I would have tried to get close if he'd have let me and then would have tried petting his head to let him know I was a friend and not someone out to hurt him.

He was very weak. Did you see him in the net when he was first brought on board? Poor thing didn't even have the energy to lift his head up. He just laid there totally limp. The fact that he let this guy bring him on board was a real act of desperation. He knew if he didn't take that chance that he was done.

Thank for rescuing this eagle and handing him off to the right people. Eagles are very smart. I think when he was at his caretakers that he was trying to tell them, hey I have a nest by the water where u rescued me. He was trying to communicate this by wetting his nesting and playing in his water dish all the time. All animals communicate. Through body language and sound. Just like us humans. We have to try and understand what are they trying to tell us.
