Glad you enjoyed it. The full version is also on KZread. We had so much fun making the film but I still can't work out where we all found the time. No plans at the moment for another film but I've nearly finished the script for a new comedy with a Shakespearean theme for Sark Theatre Group to perform this summer. Watch this space!

Heaven, and how people should live in every aspect, not in the mess we live on across the world led by corrupt useless governments. The world is in one big mess and until normal folk wake the he'll up it'll only get worse. Sark is a beacon of hope and so are it's people.

@mermaidone14 жыл бұрын
Hi Stephen, we have no marina but do have two lovely bays with mooring buoys for visitors (which are free but a donation towards their upkeep is always welcome) and there are areas for anchoring too. At the moment the island is closed to visitors but we're all really hoping we can open up later this summer, if not we'll look forward to seeing you here next year. Visit the Sark website for more information at www.sark.co.uk

Have to be honest: I hadn't heard much about Sark until I read an article on +BBC News concerning the Islands power crisis this morning...And after seeing this video, my first ever car-free destination has just been added to my "To visit" list! :-) The power crisis is a concerning thing though, as is the cost you get charged for electricity (66p/0,80€ per kWh!). I have a number of ideas in mind for experimental renewables. Could that be of any help? :-) Finally - Odd question: I cycle everywhere as a rule, but I've become so used to the pace of mainland roads that 40km/h is my usual riding speed and I often achieve it without even realising. Does Sark have and apply official speed limits to its trails? Many thanks for the video! :-)
@mermaidone15 жыл бұрын
You would be most welcome to visit Sark and share your ideas. I'm not sure you'd want to travel so fast over here on your bicycle though - we don't have speed limits for bikes but we do have some fairly bumpy bits of lane. And you'd want to slow down to enjoy the scenery!
