Red Jackson Dance

Exclusive interviews with Michael Jackson's close collaborators.

"Red Jackson" is a young, up and coming KZreadr specialising in interviewing the King of Pop's close collaborators. After beginning his Instagram account @redjackson_ mj (where he shares his dance videos) in the 2020 lockdown, he started his KZread channel 'Red Jackson Dance', and has since interviewed the likes of Vincent Paterson, Travis Payne & Stacy Walker, LaVelle Smith Jr and Jennifer Batten to name a few. He likes to discover unknown facts and obtain answers to those questions we've all wanted to ask, e.g. the true origins of the moonwalk. He loves chatting and getting to know more about his interviewees and their careers, while also asking about their time working with the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Red is passionate about his channel and hopes to work in the journalism or technology industries in the future.

When I worked at Burger King in 1992 Tiffani Amber Thiessen from Saved By The Bell came to our drive thru and my coworker told me to look because I was in the kitchen and I was surprised but I only saw her for like one second. My coworker talked to her and she said she was in town to see her boyfriend Eddie Garcia who lived in Bradbury California. She got her autograph and she wrote xoxo. She ordered 2 BK Broilers which are like Chicken Whoopers with no mayo and a wheat bread so when a few weeks or months later I heard that someone wanted a BK broiler no mayo on a wheat buns I thought that could be Eddie Garcia who I use to watch on his NBC kids show The Guys next door but none of my coworkers watched the show or knew who he was. I was telling them that's Eddie Garcia and I told them about his TV show. One of them got his autograph and he signed it to Eduardo nice name but my name is Ricardo but it's great story. I told one of my coworkers a few days later and she said...she seen him at Mervyns many times and I was like...oh..well excuse me. I bought The Guys next door music cassette and I gave it to one of my coworkers. Also, I could have seen Eddie and Michael Jackson in 1993 at the Super Bowl because a Temp agency called me a few days before and said do you want to work in Pasadena at the Super Bowl but she didn't tell me what I was suppose to do. We talked for a few minutes about working at the 1993 Super Bowl but she never told me what I was going to be doing so I just said no. Also, Eddie ate his BK Broiler in the dinning room by himself and a slow Sunday afternoon. He sat near the cashier area in the front in Duarte California but they just built some new apartments there called the Huntington in Duarte

Ok so going by the televised or videotaped concerts (essentially anything available to watch), it's clear that Michael mimed more and more as time went by and he got older. They slowed the songs right down too. Compare the Billie Jean of the Victory Tour to the one on History. The former is on steroids, History is played back at regular speed (if not slower). On the Bad tour he comes out of the gates singing WBSS live - in Dangerous it is quite obviously the backing track of Jam, the recorded version that you can hear on the album playing. So I'm not sure what he's talking about when he says stuff was only played back when Jackson needed a quick break. In the Dangerous tour many songs were mimed, and in History pretty much everything was. I'll get people arguing with me but just watch the concerts.

This was so fun to listen to. I can not imagine living her life, so unreal! She sounds like a perfect perfectionist match with MJ. And they looked awesome together. I must have seen her on the History tour, but I was so young, and had very far away seats. I wonder why Eddie van Halen never performed with MJ. Didn't he play that Beat It solo on the record? My goodness, maybe the world would never recover from that duo on stage.

Mike Owen so much music rights. But there's no way he was broke. He could have took one catalog out of his many and been a couple 100 million up. No way you just may not have had it in cash. It was in other places. But there's no way he was broke.Mike mike was money and money.Doesn't worry about itself In And he's just said it best. They were trying to put their own people in place and pushed the people who cared about him away. That's what happened towards the end. If people like this guy would have been around, he'd still be here and there were many others that cared about Mike too. They got pushed out

@@RedJacksonDance That's for sure, and he was also a marketing genius.I think that's why there were so many stories created about him.He was genius in that way, but it kind of backfired on Cause people flipped it But he Would create some of them on purpose just to stay relevant. But like I said it kind of backfired but genius if you really think about it

It's crazy. That people just believe what they hear. Mike definitely wasn't like what they made him out to be in the did a lot of stuff.Just stay relevant that backfire on him, but but yeah, wasn't at all like he was made out to be in the media. Great guy just being a famous would make you different because you can't go do nothing and You always have to be looking over your shoulder. I'm watching who you surround yourself with when you worth that much money. Because you couldn't count Mike's money. So I could imagine there were certain people that just wanted to be around for what could be done for that. Would make you like wanna shut off even more from the world. I never believed any of the allegations. I always knew mike wasn't like that

Mike was an amazing human he wasn't at all like what people tried to make him out to be and And I mean, he did some of the wild suff him self just to keep publicity going and keep himself relevant. But yeah, great guy. Being a famous would make you different. And you always be having to watch who's around you. Because when you're worth as much money as Mike was and you're a money faucet. Like Mike. Then People just wanna be around you for what you can do for them. And that would make you wanna isolate too.Cause it's like I can't trust anyone

I personally became serious in learning English, so that I could understand the meaning of MJ's songs. I was around 12, from an ex communist country, where I never thaugh I could see him in a concert. In 2009 I happened to be living in London, but then again he never came to the London Arena😢

About the movie,it’s interesting how they didn’t approach you guys that you worked with Michael to learn about Michael, and I’m asking myself who did they ask, about how he worked, thankfully we have people like “red ” who have such great interviews with all of you guys that knew him well enough Michael was lucky having you around Red another good job

I'm still watching, I hope somebody asks "when you were in the Michael Jackson make up/gear, did you have specific rules that you were made to follow and things you were not allowed to do when you were dressed like him?" Like, were they not allowed to swear or be mean to people when they were dressed like Michael ? especially out in public, You know?
