  Well how I see it people go with these troubles to their dr they are problems. Just do best you can try different things to find what feels best for you to feel at your best. They are real. Just treatments are varied and work for one may not work for another. We shouldn't really put any method down incase it works for someone else. I'm fat now however I exercise eat as best I can and just accept it's older age along with post menapause. That's life at times nothing works and can be bad luck. Acceptance is best.

  Am really tempted to write after watching you. The lady deserves to be deported based on that ruthless ideology but unfortunately your bias towards the Palestinians is legendary. In short, you’ve not seen anything wrong with what Isreal is doing to human life in their quest to clear terrorist(hamas). To say there’s no genocide in Isreal is ridiculous to say the least! October 7 was a genocide and so is what Isreal has been doing to the people of Palestine.
